That was a good review. When compared to the Euro-sports-sedans, the Camry SE and XSE are quite competitive. In 2013, I had traded in my 2 year old 5-Series BMW for a silver Camry SE 4-cylinder, because I was so impressed when I test drove the Camry. Now, that I have driven the 2015 XSE 4-cylinder, I am even more impressed. My 2013 model is very impressive when cornering, high speed super highway driving is smooth and effortless. The car is right in line with the performance of my 2 year old BMW, without the reliability problems and cost of ownership. I actually like driving the 2013 Camry more than the BMW. However, I will be buying the 2015 Camry XSE with the even tighter suspension and upgraded interior. I will never return to BMW after owning a Toyota.
Nice video, I have a 2012 Camry SE, and my wife has a 2014.5, and we used to make fun of how many Camry's were on the road, but we bought hers back in July, and I bought mine used, about a month ago, and we've realized why so many Camry's are sold each year. Simply put, they're just that good, it's everything you need, nothing you dont, it reliable, has plenty of space (I can fit my drumset in mine), and in SE trim, are actually fun to drive, also I'm 6'8 and 300lbs, and I can fit just fine, if you're looking for a safe, reliable, and surprisingly fun car, the Camry is worth a look.
I purchased the XSE V6 version I actually haven't gauged the mileage but, it seems a little gas hungry compared to the SE 4 cyl version around town driving for obvious reasons but it's not a gas guzzler big 6. I'm planning a trip to L.A. from Vegas next week so, I will keep you posted on the performance.
My Aunt had a 98 LE Camry it ran pretty good until she had a accident in it 2 yrs ago. It still had the performance power as it did brand new. Anyway the 2015 is most definitely not my Aunts Camry by a long shot.
I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry XSE last week (Feb 11, 2015) with the blind spot monitoring, rear cross lane traffic alert, remote engine starter, and wireless charging. I traded in my 2013 Hyundai Sonata turbo for this vehicle. The Sonata was a very good car but it lost value really quick over a few years. I had no problems with it but I wanted a car with updated technology and resale value to include better gas mileage. Yes, the Sonata has a faster straight line take off but the Camry 2.5L 4 cylinder really impressed me.. It is tight in the curves... I was driving on I-75N leaving Knoxville, TN heading to Lexington, KY and this car held the curves with no problem and much better than my old Sonata. No roll, no squeal of the tires just smooth, quiet riding through the curves and looking great doing it! It is very well build and the interior is nice with the leather and suede combo seats. The video does not really represent the interior as well as seeing it for yourself. This car does not feel like a 4 cylinder at all, it gets up to speed pretty darn good and I'm thrilled that I made the upgrade and trust me, it definitely was an upgrade. If you want to get your money's worth, own a car that's sexy, reliable, safe, quiet/comfortable yet aggressive, then buy the Camry XSE with the 4 or 6 cylinder engine. You will not go wrong and will definitely enjoy this car for years to come!
Its amazing we had a 90 4cly dx and a 91 6cly dx. What a difference from the 90s to today. The 90 deluxe was nice. Bucket seats powerlocks and windows. A basic boxy car. Now the power everything is amazing, comfortable and all the new age tech is just great. Such a nice looking ride.
I bought my 2015 Toyota Camry XSE V6 used two years ago. It is quite a great car. When I heard you state the price for this 4cyl, I was thrilled with my choice. My last Toyota Camry SE V6 was bought new in 1994 - did I say, 2 door coupe? It was so reliable that I only replaced it in 2020 - just because I needed a bigger car. It had 158,132 miles on the odometer. The coupe's new owner loves her like his favorite child. If I strike it rich, I am going to beg to buy her back and restore her. Toyota only made the Camry coupe for two years - 1994 and 1995. Classic. If they brought it back, I would buy a 2023 Toyota Camry V6 Coupe in a minute. Thanks for this fun test drive. I love learning about cars.
Great Review! Just one thing: Toyota's target demographic is people ages 45-75. That being said, people of that age usually have a difficult time seeing. So, they make the buttons larger so they can see the buttons easier. Keep up the good work!!
+Antonio Cognato Yes I did & it's amazing!!! The V6 is extremely refined & has a nice quiet rich sounding growl! It's very fast & pretty fuel efficient as well! It's also very rare on the road & at dealers where I live cause everyone buys the OK but somewhat boring 4-cylinder versions, but the V6 is far better! My grandparents drive the Lexus version of this car the ES 350 with the same engine. Trust me, it's well worth the 5k premium over the 4-cylinder.
+Antwoine Wallace The Lexus has a few more luxury features that aren't available on the Camry such as power folding mirrors, & power adjusting steering wheel & memory seats. The Camry V6 starts at 31k & the Lexus starts at 38k. Either way they're both great cars & will last for many years with very few problems.
just bought the 2015 toyota camry XSE ... really enjoying it ... traded in my 2012 ford focus titanium ... wife traded a 2009 ford focus SE for her 2013 toyota camry SE.... just more car for your dollars
The 2015 camry is a easy smooth car to drive that I am just in love with! The 3.5 liter v6 just gives the camry that lexus DNA and if you love lexus you're going to love this car!Great review btw keep it up!
I liked your review, I look to make a purchase within the next week or so. I am currently looking at this car and the accord, and altima. This really helped because the"XSE" trim is really nice. I recently heard that Honda and Nissan's "cvt" engines were problematic so I will be researching that a little more.
Well done review sir! The Camry is a very nice car indeed, I have the 2016 base LE model. The 2.5L works well in the car, jumps right up on the highway. I think the XLE trim would be icing on the cake.
I have a new 2020 Camry XLE and wind chill white pearl.. it is a great car I thought about getting the XSE. The XLE is quieter and it rides better . They are both great trim levels it just depends on if you want the sport model or the luxury model. I also have always liked the wheels better on The XLE.. they look more in line with the Lexus ES 350 and it really makes the car stand out.
Mine has a V6 and it is a wolf in sheep's clothing. It just doesn't stop. Only complaint is torque steer.....not good when you hammer down while turning from a stop, it could get away from you. I had an '06 with a V6 and test drove the 4C 2015 SE and it surprisingly compares nicely. When I got behind the V6, OMG, hammer down and it just pulls. Can chirp at 30 MPH! Paddle shifters are nice too. Got the Black and had windows tinted with side window vents. Downside is Navigation as you can't change destination on the fly. Also, as you pointed out, the ride suffers slightly with the wheels/tires. Black is PITA o keep clean...LOL.Thanks for the review and mostly spot on.
I just bought a Toyota Camry XSE 2.5L 4-cylinder as well and I LOVE it. I traded in my old 98 Toyota Camry LE 3.0L V6 and I am amazed at how great this car feels. In my daily driving I also drive a 2013 Lexus RX 350 and I love that car but to be 100% honest, I love driving my new Camry more. If you are considering this car, I would highly recommend it! I think it comes equipped with more than the competition does, and it's a nice blend between a sporty and family sedan. The Mazda 6 is obviously more of a sports sedan; but I wanted reliability and re-sale value in my new car as well. If you can shell out another $5,000, I would also recommend the V6. It posts a 0-60 right at 6 seconds, which is amazing for a family sedan that you can get for under $30,000. Toyota did a great job with this re-skinning as well.
Wait so are you saying we should buy a 37,000 thousand dollar Camry give or take a few bucks! Man you must be smoking something! Especially when I bought a 2014 Accord Sport for 19 grand out the door. No need for blind spot, adaptive cruise, or any other distracting price gouging technology, I know how to drive without the technology training wheels. Just my opinion
youngblood23rb That is the top of the line model.. You can buy a Camry SE for $19,000 OtD as well. I don't need any of the technology either so I walked OtD with a 2015 Camry XSE for $24,800. However, I did get the moonroof package, and a few exterior enhancements on mine.
+RUclips Aneesh The MSrP on the ones by me are 28,108 and 28,309. he wanted to sell it to me for 27,109 with tax, tags all included! 0% for 60 months.! Whats a good price to get this car for?? You think I should get it lower??
Great review. Love the new Camry. Toyota did a really good job with this new camry. I love the looks in the XSE model and the interior looks great. I LOVE the fact that they have SUEDE on the interior. I love suede and not alot of company are using it and if they use it its usually in high end cars. Very good car reliable simple and strong will continue to be top selling.
Great review man i own the 2015 camry se and a 2002 camry and ive had 93 camry as well i think they sick with the font because this car use to more of a "granpa" car they can't see but yes great handling just wished it had a little more horsepower
Great review. Crazy driving in the beginning but a good overview. Off topic but um, what's what the non-standard Altima lights at 2:51? And I believe the Accord at 2:54 is a PHEV electric vehicle. Hardly cars we can see at the local dealers and none of them are the same as the compact Camry, which is MUCH improved over previous models. Maybe even a man will buy one now that it's "butched" up. But $32k is ridiculous for a Camry. Better to get a stripped down Audi A3 which offers all the same tech. Crazy price.
Thanks for watching. I grabbed the pics from the net and just picked the ones I liked, wanted good looking versions of each car. Not sure on the Honda, but I don't think those are aftermarket headlights on the Altima. Good eye for sure! -Greg
I been looking at this model and very interested in a preowned , My family is same size as yours put I wanted to ask you about the ride height with all three kids in the back seat , does the rear sag when loaded?.., great take on this good info
I have a 2012 Camry SE and I must say the 2015 XSE looks great! The interior could have been designed better though, it doesn't look too much different from mine. You did not mention anything about handling around curves, how is it?
Owens Norman It handles pretty well, that's what I meant by a more European ride/dynamic. Sorry I didn't communicate that well. Thanks for stopping by! -Greg
Hay Grey, Really like you average man reviews. I have been searching the internet looking at new car reviews trying to decide on my first real new car. (Until now all used) The bottom line is I'm looking for is dependable, and reliability. A car that with luck stay out of the shop. Would you put your money down on a Toyota Camry?
No mention of headlights....this better come with LED HEADLIGHTS for 32k!!!!! I want to maybe by a certified pre owned 2015/16....hopefully i can get into one for 25k or lower.
Why can't we get these in Europe? The last Camry we got was the mK5; I had a Mk4 which I imported direct from Japan via Toyota Ireland. Only way I can get one of these as RHD is from Australia but the speedo is KmH, whereas here in the UK we use Miles still like the USA. I am prepared to hunt the world for a RHD with MPH speedo. Anyone able to offer help.
Dennis Rhodes Lcc Wow, that's some serious love! If it makes you feel better, you guys get a ton of awesome cars that we don't! And you have all those great diesels! Thanks for stopping by. -Greg
its apparent that this guy has not driven the V6 Camry if he thinks the 4-cylinder is quick or peppy. I disagree with his statements that the V6 is unecessary unless you drive really fast or drive in hilly terrain--Its also about accelleration and injecting the "fun-factor" into the equation--theres no point in having low-profile grippy tires without adding the fundamental ingredient for performance--the powertrain--the engine. I have a 2011 Camry SE V6 and the engine is by far my favorite thing about the car-- it gives it a little bit of respect--othewise it is just a run-of-the- mill-appliance car that it is known for. Disclaimer: I realize that the Camry is by no means an enthusiast's performance car, but the engine is fundamental to driving enjoyment.
The front seats were very uncomfortable to me, they felt if they were folding in half (from side to side.) Alot like riding a saddle. I really wanted to like this car, the 6 cyl was fun and quick but the driver seat was so bad it killed the deal. JMO
Never thought I would be in such a disappointment with Toyota! I have always been a fan of Toyota cars, and own them. However this time I had a very bad experience from the Toyota Company and I feel that I had to share my experience! I walked into the dealer knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase, which was the brand new 2015 Camry XSE. One of my most important concerns about my car is the stereo and speakers. I believe that we spend so much time in our cars and I love to listen to my music while I'm driving so therefore my stereo and speakers needs to have the best quality. While doing my research on the car it explains that this car (Camry XSE 2015) has 10 speakers, so my expectations about my stereo were met, or so I thought. When I walked into the dealer and signed the contract it also stated that the vehicle had 10 speakers. As I drove the car for a couple of a days, I noticed that the speakers were not as loud as I thought/ expected from 10 speakers. So I started examining the car, and noticed that I had only located 8 speakers in the entire car. I took the car to the dealership; they could only locate 8 speakers as well. Five speakers in front, two very small speakers in back and one subwoofer that doesn't work!! Really!! The car has two spaces in the back where it should fit two big speakers, one is filled with a worthless subwoofer and the other space is empty. What kinds of manufacturers design this kind of sound system???? I immediately took the car back but TOYOTA would not do anything to accommodate me for this issue. I called corporate and they did not seem like they wanted to help me either! I paid $5k extra in order to get the premium package, but corporate tries to tell me that since this car is eco-friendly, this is all the quality I will get. They also mentioned that I have to maximize the sound to be able to hear the music, which makes NO sense to me what so ever! If I’m purchasing a new vehicle, and paying a lot of extra money for it, I would like my expectations from the car to be met ESPECIALLY when the contract states that there must be 10 speakers in the car! I shouldn't have to spend more money to change the speakers of a brand new car, since the Toyota contract is misleading, and I trusted them enough to sign! I'm VERY disappointed with TOYOTA! I'm unhappy with my $35K purchase due to misleading info, and I will NEVER walk into any TOYOTA dealership again. I just though I should share my experience with everyone so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Nilo Mashhadi thanks for sharing, that's a bummer. I do know more manufacturer are using lighter speakers to save weight. All things being equal this would mean the speakers would be quieter. You can get lightweight speakers that also crank, but they are more expensive...I'm guessing maybe Toyota wanted to hit a certain price point and the speakers was an easy way to do so. I think the Camry XSE is a cool ride, and it still may be worth it to stop by a audio shop and see what they think. Thanks for watching! -Greg
Are you really getting mad because of speakers. Sit down and really think about how well this car does everything and it will out way this little flaw. There are probably 10 speaker but may be hidden. Andif you cant hear without volume on max either you need to get your ears checked out or adjust your settings. If you have ASL off the car will sound very bad. I would take the time to read through your owners manual as well
Good review Greg! Nice car but I think it looks too much like a Corolla. (Same as Maxima/Sentra). The Camry's best body style was 2009-10. Keep up the good work!
It's sad that most people by the 4-cylinder, though not a bad engine, but the V6 destroys it by a long shot! I've been driving my 2015 XSE V6 Camry for a year so far & I've only seen around 10 V6's on the road out of hundreds of '15/'16 Camry's. Very rare both on the road & at dealers.
+rnorred1986 same with the v6 accord.. everyone buys 4 cylinder i enjoy the v6 alot in the 14.. friend of mine has a 2015 v6 camry it pulls nicely and completely different vehicle and way more satisfying to drive
Because Camry are A to B transportation. No one buys a Camry and think there getting a sport sedan. I don't care if you put a V8 in a Camry it will never be a sports sedan
+boondox max No one said it was supposed to be a "sports sedan" but with a 4 cylinder engine its a sluggish ride in comparison that's all i test drove a 14 v6 accord and 4cylinder 14 accord and took the v6 some people just want more juice thats why the v6 is a option
Jesus loves the little children All the children of the world Black and yellow, red and white They're all precious in His sight Jesus loves the little children of the world
Nice job Greg! - I was thinking of going from my Highlander to an Avalon this year. Once I drove a XSE my plans were changed. I'm keeping the Highlander for utility. #JamesJohnsonSellsToyota
Selling 4 door 2018 Camry, 23,000 miles, Hybrid. Will sell below market value. We are leaving the country and need to sell! We get 53 miles per gallon at times. It’s an excellent ride and great in gas savings. Contact me if you want to buy.
Excellent review!! II had a 1986 Camry for six years and it was very dependable car but a bore. This 2015 car has pizazz. But calling this car's interior akin to "Euro" styling is like saying to your wife at a restaurant that you like her but prefer that blond waitress looks. Also, $200 for a floor mat makes me suspicious. wish you'd do a comparison w/ a Honda or other cars in this price range.
Fred MyOpinion Ha, good thoughts! Unfortunately I don't have access to Honda's, Nissans, Hyundai or much of the Camry's competition. Thanks for watching. -Greg
Yupp, looks too much like the Corolla. The side profile needs more work as well. It would be nice if the rear tail lamps were made to looks like the Avalon than it would much nicer.
I have to disagree with you about the power on the 2.5L Camry. It needs lower end torque because my 2013 Camry is weak that I end up selling it. Beside, I hate the side mirror because it's too narrow and I couldn't get use to it. The ride is nosier then my old 2009 Camry. LOL
This car runs 33 mph per 1000 rpm. In other words, you will be doing only 2000 rpm @ 66 mph or 2300 rpm @ 76 mph. This thing is literally just waking up at around 85 mph. Not bad for a 4 cylinder...
+lelUwotm8 No, only because of the gearing. The 4 cyl could probably go around 138 ish, but due to tire type, gearing, aerodynamics and the fact that the computer limits the fuel injection to 130, that's all you get. I suspect with the computer control off, the V6 could go 160, but that's probably not too safe in a Camry...
If you want bang for the buck you might start checking out some Kia's...and see how they compare to similar other competitors ...you might be surprised...
Dude it's a front wheel drive how it could be a sport car besides the seat are short specially the driver side and uncomfortable And car makes a lot noise
Abdulaziz Ahmed I really liked it and didn't notice any problems with the seats or noise. Front wheel drive cars can be plenty sporty, but make no mistake, this is not a Ferrari! -Greg
Darin Visscher right. I do think its a good looking car though. I enjoyed driving it too, much like you know, cars are way more enjoyable to drive than SUVs.
Gallup Journey Test Drives yeah the 4 cylinder is great but the v6 is starting to lag in the power department on paper, it's a great performer in real life and since its the best selling car still I dont think they are going to give it one yet.
OneAndyOnly The V6 is almost too powerful as it is for the Camry. Lots of torque steer and wheel hop upon acceleration. But on the highway when u punch it, nothing much can keep up. That said, they did add direct injection to this engine in the 2016 RX350 for an even 300hp
Mon Aung yeah even though its rated at much less power than competitors in its class.I seriously think its been hardly changed since released on the 6th gen camry.
That was a good review. When compared to the Euro-sports-sedans, the Camry SE and XSE are quite competitive. Fat man
Lim Sam I'm not fat by any means, I go to the gym 5 days a week, and have done so for the last 12 years.
I do not know why I commented this but I apologize. Keep up your good work!
Is the 2.5 L quick to you
I just bought a 2015 Camry XSE V6 the other day so far I love it. I've been renting them for the past year to test drive and I am very pleased!!

Cedric Smith a little late, what’s your highway MPG of your V6?
I just bought a 2016 Se camry with black paint and sunroof, love it! I got one as a rent a car a few months back and fell in love.
calhounclover how is it doing?

Does the car track straight on the highway?
Good to hear, but buying a new car every two years is a good was to throw money away, imo
+youngblood23rb not if you lease & money isn't an issue ;)
how has it held up so far? im think about getting a 2016 xse for my first car
Love those Camrys, the v6 versions have always been racers, great acceleration..

I'm buying a Black XSE V6 in a few more days!!! Can't wait!!!
That V6 engine has been out since 2006 and is still AWESOME. I heard they added Direct Injection to it in the 2016 RX350 to make an even 300hp
+rnorred1986 did you buy the v6 Toyota camry?? how is it?

V6 with headers intake and exhaust will make u smile. 0-60 5.6 with a driver under 145lbs. Very impressive for plain and simple.

Hello among all the sedans why you decided on the camry, I am undecided between this and the accord, excellent reviews congratulations!!
what did you end up going with
I really agree, when I was driving my friends Camry I really couldn't tell if it was the 4 cylinder or V6
The 6 speed are very quick
Very good review. Keep them coming!
Thanks to the kids too!! Great job again!!

Aneesh Sompalli Sounds good, glad you enjoy your new ride!
+RUclips Aneesh The MSrP on the ones by me are 28,108 and 28,309. he wanted to sell it to me for 27,109 with tax, tags all included! 0% for 60 months.! Whats a good price to get this car for?? You think I should get it lower??
Antonio Cognato Well I don't know how much TTL are where you live. You need to tell me the price before TTL and I can tell you if that's a good deal.
Why don’t you produce anymore videos?
I really enjoyed your unbiased review ❤️
What a difference a refresh makes! The new interior and tuning make it feel like a lot more expensive and responsive.
Kamaka Chang I tend to agree. Its a pretty sweet ride!
Thanks for watching.
-Greg
Great review. Love the new Camry.
Toyota did a really good job with this new camry. I love the looks in the XSE model and the interior looks great. I LOVE the fact that they have SUEDE on the interior. I love suede and not alot of company are using it and if they use it its usually in high end cars. Very good car reliable simple and strong will continue to be top selling.
Toyota4Life Thanks for sharing!

6:38 you keep your kids in the trunk?
SMOOCHIKINS only when they're naughty! ;) Good catch!
-Greg
You have my supports. I would like to see the new lexus gs f when it arrive.
Great reviews. Seriously...
Rubin Mendoza thanks! I appreciate it.
-Greg
What's sad is literally all of those sedans are fwd, I wish we could get an AWD and manual option with the newer Camrys
Greg,
Are you an EdBassmaster fan?
The MPG became 23/34 in 2017 (last year before new generation), so the ratings on 2015 models are floated.
Awesome Video!
Great review man i own the 2015 camry se and a 2002 camry and ive had 93 camry as well i think they sick with the font because this car use to more of a "granpa" car they can't see but yes great handling just wished it had a little more horsepower
Juan Albornoz Good thoughts and thanks for sharing!
-Greg
No problem
-Greg
Thanks for the follow up. I'm gonna subscribe to your channel and I might be test driving an XSE V6 in the future.
Sigh...I totally love the remodel. However, are the seats more comfortable now? To me they were kind of firm in last years model.
Carlos Clayton I found the seats comfortable...but I didn't take any long trips. (the true test in my opinion)
Thanks for watching!
-Greg
Great review i just subscribed 😀 👍
I was expecting the v6, but this is a v4, but it's fine. The only difference in the outside is the headlights ( Not the drl or the turn signal )
I get 40 on the highway love it
Dizzy you are correct when I am coasting on the highway my 2016 Camry exceeds 40 miles to the gallon.
I hate that they don't offer side mirror turn indicator lights for this model (unless that'll change later).
PaulMishima An interesting point, I hadn't thought of that.
Thanks for stopping by!
-Greg
No mention of headlights....this better come with LED HEADLIGHTS for 32k!!!!! I want to maybe by a certified pre owned 2015/16....hopefully i can get into one for 25k or lower.
Got mine with 22k miles on it for 21
I love this camry xse very much
excuse me.what color camry.silver?
Nguyen duc tai I'm not sure what it was called. granite?

Nice well rounded review.
vee tour thanks so much!
-Greg
Thumbs up for the family:)
-Greg
Thank you sooo much for this excellent review! I am in the middle of buying a used 2015 camry and you gave me lots of good info. Thank You!
did you end up going with it?
its apparent that this guy has not driven the V6 Camry if he thinks the 4-cylinder is quick or peppy.
JMO
wtf is that front grill.. did they get inspiration from a manta ray?
trilingualkid I think it looks better in person. An apt comparison though!
-Greg
Those wheels are horrible too, just as bad as the FRS only Bigger!
Believe him this car really looks good in person.
If I’m purchasing a new vehicle, and paying a lot of extra money
for it, I would like my expectations from the car to be met ESPECIALLY when the contract states that there must be 10 speakers in the car!
-Greg
It actually has 10 speakers, some of the speakers are double coned :)
Nilo Mashhadi 35k for a mid-size sedan?????? You might as well buy a luxury sedan or a sports car for that price.
I would take the time to read through your owners manual as well
tim allen Never mind the 10 speakers, this car is cheap 90s alarm clock material shit for the price.
Great Review!!!!
Erik Brown thanks for watching!
-Greg
Very good review
ashhhpikachu thanks, I appreciate it!
-Greg
LOL so we just throwing kids in the trunk now?
Eek. Those body side mouldings are egregious.
Good review Greg! Nice car but I think it looks too much like a Corolla. (Same as Maxima/Sentra). The Camry's best body style was 2009-10. Keep up the good work!
Darin Visscher thanks for listening.
Camry se or Nissan Altima 2.5sl...opinions..
Camry reliable 👍, Altima not reliable.. terrible CVT transmission. 🚫😩
You're right-this isn't my mother's Camry. My mom has an '09 SE V6, not the crappy 4-banger.
lmao!
Smart man..... Wife first. Always!! :-)
drchulo76 for sure!
thanks for watching.

Oh yea and that was with an 09 se camry with the spare tire taken out.

Thank you
Excellent review!!
😂😂 You need glasses they look nothing alike..🧐
i wish it was 6 spd manual transmission camry v6 xrs
I have to disagree with you about the power on the 2.5L Camry. It needs lower end torque because my 2013 Camry is weak that I end up selling it. Beside, I hate the side mirror because it's too narrow and I couldn't get use to it. The ride is nosier then my old 2009 Camry. LOL
This car runs 33 mph per 1000 rpm. In other words, you will be doing only 2000 rpm @ 66 mph or 2300 rpm @ 76 mph. This thing is literally just waking up at around 85 mph. Not bad for a 4 cylinder...
+umaxen01 soooooo.. this will do 198 mph at 6000 rpm?!?
impressive ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
+lelUwotm8 No, only because of the gearing. The 4 cyl could probably go around 138 ish, but due to tire type, gearing, aerodynamics and the fact that the computer limits the fuel injection to 130, that's all you get. I suspect with the computer control off, the V6 could go 160, but that's probably not too safe in a Camry...
Much improved looks over the past models.
zygi22 thanks for watching.

I DO #NOT LIKE THIS..#BODY STYLE...I #LOVE THE #BODYSTYLE OF THE #2012-2014.5!!!!😇💯💛💓

If you want bang for the buck you might start checking out some Kia's...and see how they compare to similar other competitors ...you might be surprised...
MrKikoboy Yeah that's true, I meant more in comparison to trucks and crossovers.
thanks for watching!
-Greg
If you want better Sound get cold air filter system from K&N then you'll have some fun and feel even better in the car.
Its time for newer vids
maybe...its a ot of work! (but I'll take this as a bit of encouragement!)
Don’t even bother with the four cylinder. It doesn’t even compare to the 2GR.
Nobody hardly buys the v6s.. if you want a V6 get the Lexus ES 350.
Gimme the V6
Dude it's a front wheel drive how it could be a sport car besides the seat are short specially the driver side and uncomfortable
And car makes a lot noise
Abdulaziz Ahmed I really liked it and didn't notice any problems with the seats or noise. Front wheel drive cars can be plenty sporty, but make no mistake, this is not a Ferrari!
-Greg
I meant Maxima/Altima
Darin Visscher right. I do think its a good looking car though. I enjoyed driving it too, much like you know, cars are way more enjoyable to drive than SUVs.
4cyl xse satrts at 26,000 this guy is driving the v6
He's driving the 4 cylinder.
My mother owns this car....
Ta jevi
The front end on those new Camrys is ugly. It looks like a huge chunk of the front end is missing.
My 1990 Chevy Caprice will crush this foreign tin can.
Sean Johnson Well it is made in the usa so idk about the "foreign" part
This Camry will crush Chevy in reliability.
Best joke I heard all day LOL
THe camry needs a horsepower bump, been the same since 2007.
OneAndyOnly On paper, I agree, but the 4 cylinder seemed great to me.
Thanks for chiming in!
-Greg
Gallup Journey Test Drives yeah the 4 cylinder is great but the v6 is starting to lag in the power department on paper, it's a great performer in real life and since its the best selling car still I dont think they are going to give it one yet.
OneAndyOnly The V6 is almost too powerful as it is for the Camry. Lots of torque steer and wheel hop upon acceleration. But on the highway when u punch it, nothing much can keep up. That said, they did add direct injection to this engine in the 2016 RX350 for an even 300hp
Mon Aung yeah even though its rated at much less power than competitors in its class.I seriously think its been hardly changed since released on the 6th gen camry.
i like it

Wow that thing is so fuckin ugly…real disappointed with the way Toyota and Lexus have been designing their cars lately.
