People with the biggest mouths are usually compensating for not being as tough as they want to appear. It's the quiet, confident ones you need to be scared of.

If anything, they are a wonderful example of unity and teamwork. This is the last place someone should be looking for a symbol of being a "loner" or a controlling "top dog".
The whole wolf hierarchy thing has recently be tossed. Wolf packs consist of a pair of parents, their grown offspring and their pups. The grown offspring hang around for a while to help raise their siblings. The “alpha” is just the dad.
I am both a millennial and walk into a building looking for exits, cameras, and threats, but I'm pretty sure that's the PTSD induced hypervigilance, not me being a cringey 'badass.' If anything, it's to survive in case of cringey AH's deciding to lash out when no one acknowledges their badassery. 😅

Awhile back I got a new neighbor dude that has really long hair and tats everywhere. Standard attire is black tee, black shorts, and black shoes or boots. After getting to know him, he's really a geeky/nerdy guy. He fessed up later that the whole reason for the hair/tats was so he didn't get picked on/taken advantage of. He says it's worked great for years! (And, after getting all the tattoos, he learned the trade and is now an excellent tattoo artist with his own shop). I still call him nerd occasionally just to keep him honest. lol
I know that 'blood break' person. That's a very close friend of mine, but about a year before we became friends. He was in seventh grade in that, still fem-presenting. He has moved past his emo vampire phase and is now a normal functioning person. He showed me that video recently and we both laughed about it. He's got long metal head hair now but acts normal compared to how he used to act.

I am a very chill kinda guy and go out of my way to be nice to others. I do archery out in the foothills to be away from people for a while. Someone asked me why I am out in the desert all the time. I said 'in memory of the 12 hikers I killed and buried there' in a straight tone....there were people who looked legit concerned. I'm amazed that there are people who are trying their darndest to get others to think they are dangerously scary. I'm the opposite, I try to come across as a normal, sane person but it's getting harder to remember what that's supposed to look like. I have lived mostly alone for 6 years, I go weeks without seeing another person sometimes. I live off-grid in the boonies, nearest neighbor is a mile away. I haven't had TV in 7 years, so there are so many cultural and current events that I know nothing about, which makes conversations difficult at times. I have a secret past I ran away from 20 years ago, and it's why I live in such an isolated place now. I don't like telling people about it because it freaks them out, even though I'm not the perpetrator of evil, I'm just the one who escaped and hid from it for years. "Unsolved Mysteries" flew my brother, the police detective, and myself out to Burbank in 1996 to film a segment about our story. I see where Charlotte is looking for her fans to tell secrets anonymously so she can make a reaction video, I wonder if this would be appropriate?

Serious handlers don't show off or post about their weapons on social media. The image of the spine tattoo over the spine reminded me of something I saw quite a few years back. I agree there should be one. Though personally, I like that some of the cathartic outlets you can get in video games are not even *possible* in real life. When I was a teen, and had moments of anger I wanted to get out of my system, I remember turning on God mode in the original Doom and listening to demons melting when you hit them with a rocket launcher. He adores people, and is the friendliest canine here on the mountain. My dog gets mad at me when I come home smelling like "Lobo" because I have to stop and pet that gorgeous animal when I see him. I actually was in a position once where I interviewed a young woman who had the upside-down cross painted under one eye. She acted amused that I didn't mention it, and instead persisted with work history related questions. Before leaving she said, "you're not very observant, are you." It wasn't a question - she just wanted to mess with everyone's head and I wasn't playing to her strong suit, if we could call it that. As it turned out, she had next to nothing to offer and I was prepared to defend my decision but she didn't push the envelope when she didn't get the job.

After living in Brooklyn, we kept driving PAST Queens on our house hunting trips to get as far away from noise and congestion as possible...ended up in Suffolk County and probably WH kept going except for still having to commute back to Manhattan for work. Thank goodness I was able to work from home eventually (was ready to quit) and H could flex his hours and park free by his building so the drive was 'only' 2 hours round trip. Where we had moved, and not THAT far out, if you try to commute during rush hour, whether car or train, 3.5 hours r/t min daily. Even if you lived in parts of Long Island close to Manh, you are talking 2.5 hours r/t daily.

Funny story in regards to the "blood break" post: For a while, there were energy drinks packaged in what were basically IV bags that I could buy at a specific couple shops. They were fruit punch flavoured. They suggested microwaving them to make them warm like actual blood, but no one in their right mind wants _warm_ fruit punch lmao. They weren't that great. The same one place in my hometown also sold mana potion energy drinks, which were _loads_ better for their intended purpose. (Health potions also existed, if they don't still, but I never tried them)

Like I said in another comment, this has always been a pet peev of mine. Shows that someone just wanted to look "edgy" and never actually studied anything about real wolves. There can be reasons a wolf is alone, but it is usually only for brief periods of time or because something is wrong. In nature, a healthy wolf is not going to spend it's life alone on purpose, they are social animals.
And while there is typically a primary breeding pair in a pack, they are not lording over the rest of the pack like some a-hole royalty. Packs work together in pretty much every aspect of life. If anything, they are a wonderful example of unity and teamwork.
This is the last place someone should be looking for a symbol of being a "loner" or a controlling "top dog".
And alpha will never proclaim they are an alpha. That is a beta move 🙌
The whole wolf hierarchy thing has recently be tossed. Wolf packs consist of a pair of parents, their grown offspring and their pups. The grown offspring hang around for a while to help raise their siblings. The “alpha” is just the dad.

Awhile back I got a new neighbor dude that has really long hair and tats everywhere. Standard attire is black tee, black shorts, and black shoes or boots. I know that 'blood break' person. That's a very close friend of mine, but about a year before we became friends. He was in seventh grade in that, still fem-presenting. I am a very chill kinda guy and go out of my way to be nice to others. I do archery out in the foothills to be away from people for a while. Someone asked me why I am out in the desert all the time. I said 'in memory of the 12 hikers I killed and buried there' in a straight tone....there were people who looked legit concerned. I'm amazed that there are people who are trying their darndest to get others to think they are dangerously scary. I'm the opposite, I try to come across as a normal, sane person but it's getting harder to remember what that's supposed to look like.

I actually was in a position once where I interviewed a young woman who had the upside-down cross painted under one eye. She acted amused that I didn't mention it, and instead persisted with work history related questions. Before leaving she said, "you're not very observant, are you." It wasn't a question - she just wanted to mess with everyone's head and I wasn't playing to her strong suit, if we could call it that. As it turned out, she had next to nothing to offer and I was prepared to defend my decision but she didn't push the envelope when she didn't get the job.

After living in Brooklyn, we kept driving PAST Queens on our house hunting trips to get as far away from noise and congestion as possible...ended up in Suffolk County and probably WH kept going except for still having to commute back to Manhattan for work. Thank goodness I was able to work from home eventually (was ready to quit) and H could flex his hours and park free by his building so the drive was 'only' 2 hours round trip. Where we had moved, and not THAT far out, if you try to commute during rush hour, whether car or train, 3.5 hours r/t min daily. Even if you lived in parts of Long Island close to Manh, you are talking 2.5 hours r/t daily.

Paranoid thinking, yeah. A messed up fight or flight system when triggered and feeling as if there are threats lurking around every corner. Symptom of PTSD. However, it can be linked to many different disorders. PTSD often times serves as the contributor to said disorders, but alas. Dude should get help with understanding his behavior as he recognizes he's not like others (pointing at carefree, potentially undamaged young people in particular) and begin to heal because that's... no way to live.

Funny story in regards to the "blood break" post:
For a while, there were energy drinks packaged in what were basically IV bags that I could buy at a specific couple shops. They were fruit punch flavoured. They suggested microwaving them to make them warm like actual blood, but no one in their right mind wants _warm_ fruit punch lmao.
They weren't that great. The same one place in my hometown also sold mana potion energy drinks, which were _loads_ better for their intended purpose. (Health potions also existed, if they don't still, but I never tried them)
over here (netherlands) you can buy fake empty IV bags to carry your drink in and around halloween there are prefilled ones with thick sweet syrop.

My friend is a “badass” XD he “threatens” the kill people or commit crimes or something but I know he’s too scared to actually do it. He does it way too often tho, trying to get him to tone it down a bit
One day he's going to threaten the wrong person.. Hope he curbs this habit before then. Meanwhile serial killers that chop bodies up and hide them under the floorboards can be 'regular' married people. You can't tell from the outside how low someones bar for murder is, he's playing a risky game.

If you spend time outside in nature or watch youtube vids on disasters you learn pretty quickly how helpless humans can be.
