i used to have pretty sad winters and seasonal depression, and this winter was the year it got much better for me too! i'm so proud of you for the learning and self work you did -- extra things I would recommend (medication if that's a thing for you, but outside of that): i have this dope super bright LED light that is scientificky and supposed to make your brain think it's the sun. i sit in front of it every morning for 15-30 min (while i check my phone etc whatever) from october thru march and it made a WORLD of difference. thought i'd throw it out there!
