The easiest thing you can do to get it right is that, when you copy first picture and paste in the gamesheet, then you copy the secondary color one picture and paste it in the gamesheet, after create a new layer, and then paste the first picture, and align it with the secondary one, after aligned you can delete the layer you just created and it will be perfect.

Glad I could help! Managing the detail can be a little difficult if the second color is only a very small space. Otherwise try to find a different icon that has a second player color about the pixel size of the icon.

You can use the gradient tool and set the secondary color to transparent. Then you can do the second player color process but instead of only coloring a small area of the icon you color all of it. Then follow the steps for the rest of the video and you should be good.
