Hey alpha brain waves don’t worry those systems are normal all you gotta do is is dig a whole in your back yard like a large bowl size then get some ice and putt the ice in the hole and let it melt next get some cat hair and 4 and a half spider legs don’t matter what kind also if you can get your hand on a frogs toe nails you’ll need 4 if not it’s okay then you mix it all together for 16 minutes and dip each toes inside the mixture and then your thumbs and your welcome ! I accept tips trust the method
