Another notable case is a man who I sadly forget the name of, who had this horrible procedure performed on him, and lost his ability to feel fear... I've played many different skyblock mod packs with all kinds of resource generation and this "dirt platform" mod is a fresh take. The textures look terrible, but the mechanics are surprisingly the most vanilla-feeling I've seen in one of these "ex nihilo" type skyblock mods.

@@huglife626 Yes and no. Rosemary Kennedy was lobotomized in 1941 but died in 2005, so at least some did live for quite awhile.
Actually, lobotomies were still used up to the late 70s in much of the world. France was even still doing them in the 80s even.
