I've been a fan since 2008 when I was just a youngling. Hearing you play this particular song though just makes me feel so many things. A great pianist playing a great song from a great anime is one of my favorite combinations. Thank you for this. ;A; ♡
I feel kind of bad saying so, but it makes me kind of relieved to see Kyle's video without stream followers popping up and Steinway fund on the top right. Don't get me wrong, I love all of Kyle's live streams on twitch and I'm usually always there to watch him, but I like it when Kyle's RUclips uploads aren't from live streams. It seems like Kyle is making a video especially for people on RUclips to see a great playthrough of Kyle's arrangement. I just find it more special to see a video that was replayed from live stream. Maybe it's just me being weird, but I guess it kind of reminds me of how Kyle used to upload everything.

I love how the tune is so blissful yet the accompaniment (i.e. chord progression) is so sad. In the show, there was always this contrast of joy/happiness and sorrow/grief; the show constantly used symbols to illustrate this dynamic; which reflected the tone and nature of the anime perfectly. Kao-chan is the joy and Kousei is the sorrow. In retrospect, you can hear this in this song.
I've been listening to this cover specifically for about 3+ years now in repeat and its always been the top of my list(Spotify). This music has accompany me through ups and downs. without my friend telling me Your Lie in April, i wont have stumble upon to this video/cover. I want to personally thank you for making this beautiful arrangement of this music and (in a way) saved my life. Don't stop making great arrangement my dude.
