Thank you Tom (re comments on the playing and the mando). In brief, I basically went out one day around 9 months ago to try and sell a mandolin (a Phil Davidson) at Johnny Roadhouse, Manchester, and ended up coming back with the Vega, not knowing anything about vintage mandolins…I don’t regret it!
I don’t blame you! They must be hard to come by, I don’t think I’ve noticed one being sold in the UK before. Really sweet sound. Love the look of it too 👍
