Oh my gosh. I have a certain stock in my portfolio for reminders
33 million swaps & 4 OEM battery swapping partnerships is proof of concept. Also NIO is the biggest power infrastructure leader in China amongst all other EV & Car companies, including Tesla & BYD!! 21K chargers & over 2300 battery swapping stations. This is adding to the bottom line now & by year end NIO will have 40k chargers & 3300 swapping stations. Many chargers will be 500kw & now 625kw ultra fast chargers.. Tesla's are 250kw.. Geez yeah, seems like with $7B in cash & a $10B market cap makes total sense to me.. lol.. The US market is a scam in how Chinese companies are valued.. Rivian has a higher market cap and NIO has 4x more models, 3x more markets, & out delivered Rivian by 110k EV'S in 2023.. Glaringly obvious US based corruption in how NIO is never recognized for anything.. Just because a company is from China doesn't mean its a luckin Coffee type company.. & Just because a company is in the US doesn't give them a premium just for being so.. But seems to be the case with NIO.. Ridiculously undervalued..

NIO has a lot going right now, just need to be more patience and hold. Right now it’s affecting all EV sectors, all a cycle
It’s a bit more than a cycle with NIO. More of a steady state. Until they are profitable it’s $6-$8 no matter what hype is peddled by Mr. P.
I’ve got a couple of good ETFs in my portfolio and I still got other share holdings doing incredible numbers. I’m up 47% from last year! I’m also well positioned with good blue chip companies and I have stop losses in place.

Battery swapping is the key to Nio
Battery charging technology is improving rapidly. The moat for battery swapping is disappearing also. No such competitive advantage to the point of such investment

@af7567 I disagree. Swapping will be the only way to relax buyers and investors. And solves almost all the issues. Look at all the issues with freezing temps affecting charging. Swapping solves that issue. Charging stations would need to be everywhere and in huge quantities. Impossible and wasteful. Not everyone has a garage or money to even buy their own charger hookup! Swapping solves this issue. Charging stations everywhere in NYC? impossible. Swapping solves this issue. It’s the only way, or the electric car trend dies. I will not buy one yet, thats for sure.
Huge populations of people live in apartment buildings with no access to electrical hook ups in their personal garage space -swap stations sure would be useful here

Great video Luke , the truth hurts but you’re right, doesn’t help that it’s a Chinese company but an underperforming Chinese company is bad news. I’m resigned to not seeing my money back for at least 5-10 years, I’ve been saying it for the past year they simply aren’t selling enough cars, their burning cash which is out of control, doesn’t matter what they do, revenue and profitability will drive the stock all the rest is just smoke and mirrors. They need to be sellin 30-40k cars a month anything less and this stock will stay below $10 for good. Love nio and thankfully I didn’t buy at the top and I have them at a good price still at a loss but I’m done buying and if this company is as good as they think, you could easily buy on the way up and still make a ton of money.

I am surprised that this name is being mentioned here, I stumbled upon some of his clients testimonies on CNBC news last week..

Superb video! I'm a NIO stock holder and even I admit I sometimes get caught up in the hype. However after many years, you can only rely on facts and the fact is they are not making money and delivery numbers are quite frankly a joke.
Having said all that, I believe battery swap is the USP, most other EV's if the battery is damaged it cost thousands to fix/replace. Not with NIO. I really do think if they are working on a sub $25k car under project Gemini, that needs to come quicker.

im liking these prices too but they could go sub $5.....you can always buy hundreds of shares and then sell covered calls for protection hedge or income.
Nio it taking on the responsibility for a full infrastructure. No one else is. Ice cars just build and don't have to worry about gas. So this switch is important for a infrastructure on EV's. USA is struggling with a infrastructure.

Ppl can be right or wrong but take your own risk. But the past is the past, ppl gotta let it go and move on. Like nikolas cage got through, i'm down quite a lot but learn a lot to cut early not in trade but real assets also. Looks like MULN did a reverse stock split. Their market cap is 48 million. NIO’s market cap is almost 14 Billion. Big difference lol

Ι think you have taken the greens in a good way
300-500=-200 & 1-201=-200 mathematically gives the same results but financially not. Hiphi's loss may be less than Nio but Hiphi's production has already been halted for more than 6 months, not because of its loss but because no one is buying its cars. Forget all the goods and its IP, Nio still has ~3k swap stations with 10k+ battery chargers, and partnership deals with the province government, electricity companies, and giant car makers. I believe it will bounce back around Q3-Q4 when Onvo is released to the market.

We can see NIO deliver ONVO mass market sub-brand (3Q) promise much faster than Elon many years hype/promise Model 2/Cyber truck!
it’s sitting at 1x PS, has avg annual growth of 60% over the last 3 years, just had a record 4th quarter and year, and has inked battery swap deals with 4 massive Chinese EV companies. Shorts have tripled their positions in the last year and are trapped since retailers (most long) own 50%, abu dhabi owns 20%, insiders 15% and institutions only 15%. Shorts have 15% of the float to cover and are trapped. These prices are simply insane. $3B lower valuation than Rivian, seriously? It purely wall street trapped criminals desperately trying to find 170M shares to cover, that’s it! also, value and stock price for new start ups like NIO is never based on earnings, christ, look at Rivian, MobileEye, QS and all tech start up. You know this Luke so this video is simply wrong on all levels.

Here’s some history lesson that hopefully will help you bring reassurance.
In the 20s America was considered an emerging market. Business was thriving and the stock market was on fire! Just like China has been today and in the later 2010s. But we all knew what happened from 1929 to 1932, the US markets fell over 90%.
As for China if we follow the FXI it is currently down (overall) by 55% from its Feb 2021 peak or down 70% from its 2007 peak.
Now we both know from history US economy came back swinging stronger and eventually became a superpower.
The real question is will history repeat itself with China? Politically they’re different but the CCP cares about its people and economy. Image is very important to the CCP.
Personally I think it’s a good time to think about investing in China. Theres a lot of phenomenal companies that are very interesting at the very moment and NIO is definitely one of them.

This dude is no different than Wall Street analysts. He doesn’t see around curves. He’s the type of person to make a low ball price prediction and then when amazing news drops he frantically upgrades his prediction to something high just like Wall Street just based on whatever news comes out. The whole point of following stock pickers is to find stocks with huge upside based on speculation! So we can get in early and make bank. Otherwise I could listen to any old loser on Wall Street and telling me to buy at $6.50 and the upside is $7 😂

I have held a decent wedge on nio for 3 years now. Im still 70% down. Yesterday down to £6.50 was a kick in the teeth, especially when the arabs purchased 2 billion at $7 at special rates. If nio lose the arab investment the stock is screwed.
Also, odds are stacked in favour of tesla in the usa as long as there is a 20% usa tariff on chinese ev.
Also, ev's have had their moment of glory on the stock market, same as cannabis stocks, and, like the cannabis stocks, apart from tesla, ev brands have dumped. The honeymoon period is over.
Got out of Nio after losing twice my only loss great EV but millions for a club in each city madness , the Ev industry is being decimated in the press fires insurance the truth is they are not green so a pause will come cheap battery’s will come soon material cost collapsing .

NIO was an example of how not to invest. Hype, partnership, hopeless CEO. Everything is built on a story and that story was unfortunately a work of fiction. The only chance NIO has is if they change the CEO, he’s a clueless clown and he annoys me, he’s killing the company and destroying shareholder value.
