Did you get a check engine light after installation?
To eliminate check engine light u just need an 02 sensor defouler. Vibrant makes a nice one comes with 3 inserts to adjust flow to the 02 incase just a spacer isnt enough. One big ass question why in hell werent the headers painted and wrapped? Heat soak much? If your looking to make power you want to coat the headers i use VHT Flameproof header paint because you can cure it on the car if you dont have an over to bake it and then wrap the header in DEI Titanium wrap because its not like the typical cloth wraps you have to coat with high temp silicone paint to prevent moisture and the wrap dry rotting. Run the car with the bare header for a week and then coat an wrap it and tell me it dont make a difference. Plus your underhood components especially the electrical stuff like coils and alternator will have a longer life plus the intake not being heat soaked will produce more power from cooler air charge. Just my two cents.
The header has nothing to do with the stock cat. I have this header installed with a test pipe and full catback. If you do just the header it will mate up to ur stock cat with no modification .
how do you like this header ,were the gains noticeable ?

Header looks similar to the plm . Wonder if it performs like it.

How to deal with the heat made by the new header if original heat shield can not be used? The header will create lot of heat affecting the hoses and cables around.

On a TSX, there's only one header, so I'm not sure what you mean.

Typically honda exhaust studs is 23ft/lb.
