Never listen pseudo professionals that say 600cc is weak. Its absolutely much especially for beginners. I would recommend not more than 400 as a first bike.
Just picked up my new CB650 today....what a bike?....I enjoyed my MT-03 but this is a serious step up...need to be careful with clutch and throttle management for the next while until I am used to it!
@@CaptainFeathersword MT are the best street bikes, if MT-07 isn't enough for you, then there's MT-09! You're making a mistake. Maybe after many years you'll realise I was right. CB are the worst.
A few cut short corners but very nice ride! Where the hell do you work btw on the other end of the country?? :D What type of rubber do you ride on now?
Sorry mate, but your line is horrible, why are you turning in so early in every corner? Just wait for the right moment. This way you do it, you need to slow down quite a bit or you are running wide.
Sweet video. Why does everyones CB650R look like they rev so much smoother and happier on the higher RPM range from the videos I see on youtube? Lol. Mine is a '23 and I 'feel' like getting it up to 8k rpm is a stretch for the engine and need to pull back or shift up. I havent gotten it pass 8k but I'll def let her sing up there.
lol i know right?? For me i barely do 4000 and 6000 is just a lot. if i go 8000 i feel im flying , probably because we are novices but i love the fact that i have a big world to discover with this bike, and im not rushing it, im enjoying it eVERY Time i drive it, this bike dreamy.
Do you guys have the restricted version of the bike? That's probably why the bike struggles. Look up CB650R unrestricted and it will all make sense to you lads ;) Factory these are heavily restricted by the air intake trumpets.
@@AadilSamad here in Chile there are no restricted. The bike is fast, and i dont even feel i have to go to 10k that was my point.
