I followed your recipe yesterday . It turned out be the best BBQ Chicken pizza I ever made according to my wife and particularly teens who did not leave any leftovers. I do my own though from scratch too . I like your method for the dough. I try it the next time I make pizza. Thanks for sharing that great video.

Great video and great timing! We're having a BYOP (Build Your Own Pizza) party with our grand daughters later today. Will be using my Grill Dome Kamado. We'll incorporate some of the tips from this video.

Get the chicken skin crispy and chop then sprinkle it on the pizza at the end for more flavor and texture. Making this this week. The only reason I've not made pizza on my 640 is that I haven't gotten around to buying a stone. Now that I don't need one for this recipe, yahoo....

If you want to take it to the next level try to use a sweet and spicy bbq sauce as the pizza sauce .
Pizza looks great but such a long cooking time, get it on a pizza over and 30 seconds will do

Am I missing something? Did you guys move to Europe? The US is still on the standard measurements not metrics. You use both measurements in your videos quarts / kilos / grams for different ingredients. Stick with one or the other. Great video other than that. Looks very tasty. Will have to try this very soon.

Most supermarkets carry pre-made pizza dough. You can always go that route if you don't want to go through the whole dough process
