Being born in the mid 60's I can say with total honesty that my childhood would not have been the same without the fantastic programs you all made. Thunderbird's especially. Sunday could not come around fast enough for me. From memory I think it must have aired at around midday, because i remember the last 5 or 10 minutes always clashed with my mum calling us to the dining room for our Sunday dinner. No televisions in the dining room back then! And i remember in the school playground playing pretend Thunderbird's, we all loved it. Thank you all for making such wonderful programs, always full of suspense, action and adventure - you are all legends in my book. And when Thunderbird's was shown again on tv in the early 90's my own young kids enjoyed just like I did. And now, nearing the age of 60 I get to see these very intertesting videos of how you made it all possible! Thank you again.

Oh boy! I was transported bak in time! To say thank you, isn't enough! It truly made folks of my era have an absoultly magical childhood! Watching it all in Black & Whit to then get Century 21 at breakfast time to feel like a grown up reading the daily newspaper before you then went to school! to then see a friend come in which the biggest model you then, had ever seen of Stingray! Folks do not realise just how magical it was back then! R.I.P to those that have passed on but thank you to those still alive! Thank you ever so much! I am myself 65!

I started off in life with thunderbirds when the world was black and white. And grew up in the Slough, Maidenhead area. Met Gerry Anderson once many years later, such a nice guy. Miss him and his great shows so much. They were the most awesome times. DrZ🙏🏻

Still watching UFO, T_birds, and Stingray today at 60 yrs old. It's amazing to see through this channel how much dedication and effort went into production with very little technology in them days.

Snap! XL5 was wonderful, Stingray enthralling, Thunderbirds exciting then of course Joe 90, The rather dark Captain Scarlet. My older sister had a Torchy annual, My older brother had a Supercare annual. Missed The Secret Service and Terrahawks as I was out of the country at the time they were broadcast. Loved UFO just wish it had made more episodes. Space 1999 was ok as was Space Precinct.

1, I always wanted Thunderbird 3 to go on mission with Fireball XL5 or Stingray to go on a rescue with Thunderbird 4. 2, I saw Captain Scarlet recently and when I saw how all the characters were being killed by being shot or set on fire, I thought that it wasn't suitable for children to watch, but as a child I loved it. 3, If Gerry Anderson had been in charge of NASA, there would be bases on the moon and astronauts on Mars by now.

No idea WHY Gerry Anderson had such a downer on the puppets? ... They were fantastic! ... In fact, when I was a kid, they seemed almost real, and like they weren't puppets at all! The way they were brought to life was just magical!
The puppets MADE Gerry Anderson, and he should have LOVED them, just like everybody loves them! ... In other words, don't bite the wooden hand that feeds you! 🤣
