If you looked at the narrative Damon is domestic and Elena couldn’t do anything against it, bc Damons blood made her to a vampire. He can be dominant as her creator.

Damons first and last line literally sums up their relationship arc and you only truly understand that if you watched the whole show. The story was always Stefan and Damons no matter how hard they tried to fit Elena into every damn scene and dialogue.

Stefan always knew Damon had humanity in him no matter how hard Damon tried to be evil, thats why he never gave up on him. Damon is and always will be the most important person/vampire in his life. More important than Elena
There were moments where Stefan had given up hope on Damon until he met Elena. Elena was like one of the only people at that time where she saw Damon as a human being which was why Damon fell for her too. Stefan tells Caroline that him and Elena were soulmates at one point, but he also thought later they didn’t meet to necessarily become soulmates but rather become the catalyst for the brothers to become closer again. He even said he needed Damon more than Elena.

This was an Absolutely Amazing Masterpiece for Stefan Salvatore and Damon Salvatore’s Relationship. There Brotherly Relationship is Basically a Parallel to Klaus Mikaelson and Elijah Mikaelson’s Relationship. Katherine’s Selfish Love is The Thing That Destroyed their bond and drove them away from each other while Elena’s Selfless Love is the thing that love Healed their bond and Brought them back together. I love finding out that Paul Wesley was Ian Somerhalder and Really Great Friends it Really Make Stefan and Damon’s interactions with each other makes their relationship Fantastic. Despite there Vow An Entirety of Misery they made in 1864 they still did love each other. Oh wow I did not click on this video expecting such a masterpiece. The way you connected the scenes, the dialogues, the transitions, the music, just AMAZING...This is totally THE BEST video about them. Ngl I'm not the biggest tvd fan but I love Damon and Stefan's story. It's so beautifully portrayed thanks to Ian and Paul, they definitely remind me of Jensen and Jared. Love for family is so complicated and yet so simple, not all of us may have actually fallen in love but we all understand love for family to some extent.

You clearly havent watched the show properly. They both loved each other fiercely. "Only i can mess with my brother, others get their ass kicked if they try the same" sums up their relationship. They both hated and hurt each other but they never let a third party hurt the other. Its a complex and an extremely strong relationship and it was heart and soul of the show. People wouldnt have loved defan so much if it was just stefan trying and trying.

Damon was a complicated character who was equal parts selfish and selfless at the same time. R we ignoring how much Damon protected Stefan and took abuse for him when they were human? Damon was the reason Stefan had any sort of childhood coz clearly Damon had none. Even after turning he was ready to leave everything for Stefan at one point and in the end was ready to die for him.

No Brother is not perfect and no one is better than a other both are the best characters in TVDU both have made mistakes with Elena but both truly loved her in there own way. “Damon accepting responsibility or shouldering blame. He's simply forgiving Stefan for turning him into a vampire. That's why their conversation here continues in the finale. In that scene, Stefan flat-out admits he's responsible for his own actions. He is responsible despite being a ripper, despite having his humanity turned off. He's the one who dies because he knows Damon was supposed to die as a human being. It's that simple. Damon kept his promise he made Stefan life misery until he died
Bruh he was in love and married at the end and he had his brother. He was anything but miserable. He was miserable in s1 and after elena broke up with him but he truly wanted the most was his brother back which he got. They both went through a lot and damon trying to make him miserable pretty much ended in s2.
Stefan screwed up Damon's life first. Damon was always pulling through for his brother. Lacey knew nothing, too biased to judge
Stefan sacrificed time and time again for Damon while Damon was selfish and always wanted Elena. Damon wasn't always pulling through, he gave up a lot of time. Stefan only made him a vampire, the monster part he did himself. You can't just blame everything on Stefan. Idiot.
