You guys are awesome and a lot of great info! We put our house up for sale here in Allen, Tx at the end of the California gold rush (7-22)... our realtor said that we missed it by 4 weeks... Once the market comes back we will relist and once it sells, we are buying in Gulf Shores and you are our realtors of choice! Hopefully we will be talking soon!!!
We just got ours back in May! Condo on East Beach Blvd. about two blocks from the Hangout right across the street from the beach. We are still in New Orleans right now but a permanent move is looking more and more likely.
