very glad you show youre full work sometimes want to see a small step done on some cards and it is dissappointing to watch a whole video to have the thing or color you wanted to see deleted.

Norine Mueller Dont throw them out. Put them away for a few days and then go back to them. Sometimes you get so focussed on the detail you dont look at the picture as a whole. Also lay your critters or whatever you have coloured and leave it on your table and walk away. When you go back with your colouring against the background will be more complete and blend better and you will probably see that the colouring is fine.
These are amazing. I am also an outliner. If I keep my stamps in my Misti, I sometimes cheat and stamp again over my colored images. GREAT video. Thank you.
I love this!! So fun! But please, Kelly, tell us how you got your paper to lie flat when it was dry, without taping it down. Mine warps and curls, and even when I put it under a piile of books it still is hard to make the tape stick when I attach it to the card base.

love the backgrounds and the crittercoloring, never mind about the video gremlins, I think we can all see what you did, It happens sometimes to me too, esp around 30 mins my camers stops filming even if i have lots and lots of space on the memory card...
I would say, if the video gremlins have to take something, card assembly is probably the best thing to take. I'd much rather not miss the coloring--which is generally more intricate--than the assembly. For very beginners, it may be more of a problem, but for those of us who are more experienced, not so much. So don't feel too bad--I don't feel like we were gypped! :) Thank you so much for sharing your process--love the end results! :)
Lovely card. I am always attracted to cards with fish. What is the difference between SS Intense Black ink and SS black ink? Can you use either with Copics? What about with ZIGS?
4kiitieslady thanks! I paint the nail polish on a makeup sponge and then dab it on my nails to get a gradient. There are tons of videos on RUclips if you want to see it :)
I watch many videos on copic coloring and never miss your videos and than I go to color something and end up throwing it out because I can't seem to get it to blend I am so discouraged at this point and funny is I do decorative painting using a pattern and acrylic paint so I get the shading and highlighting any advice for me before I throw them out the window lol thanks so much
Norine Mueller oh no! Don't throw them out! One of the things I had trouble with when I first started coloring with Copics was over blending. I wanted everything to be perfectly smooth but then I was upset that my coloring didn't look dimensional. Sometimes the blending isn't going to be perfect because if it was it wouldn't look like it had any dimension. After you color something walk away for a bit see if you like them better then.
I wonder if you could take a non Teflon bone folder and wrap it with Teflon tape. If your not familiar with Teflon tape--its in the hardware plumbing section. It's used for wrappingvaround the threads of a pipe.
It's called a gradient and I do mine with a make up sponge. You just paint the nail polish on the sponge and dab it on your nail. I usually have to do 3 coats to get a solid color.
It's kind of hard to color like this when you have a limited number of Copics. I think I have 1/2 of them. Love your shading. Do you offer classes or should I have gone to your blog first and looked? Hugs
