Great work!!! Just got my Sloer yesterday! I am using with my main instrument the Chapman Stick as well as a few synth's. Thanks for this amazing demo - playing and the implementation of the pedal's capabilities! great seeing/hearing the changes in the modulations used. Still getting used to it but tried it with the Stick first as I play ambient in a duo - also loved it with my WaveState, Mopho Keys and the especially my DSI Tetr4! I will be stacking reverbs as well - on the effects loop of my KeyLargo I have the Cloudburst after some other pedals... then at end of chain I have the Nightsky and on a separate board/effect chain I have the Ventris (it's a side chain I run out of a Matrise mixer into a Montreal Assembly "Count to 5" before the board for drones and strange loops! Pretty crazy set up but love it. I haven't donne a recent video showing my latest sep but will soon as it probably sounds ridiculous 😅.
Wow. I got one a few weeks ago and I was thinking “Tefty needs this!” 😃 We need more synth people using it… so many videos are with guitars going through it, which sounds great too, but this is a great ambient reverb for synths. I hope for your next video using it you put Meems’ vocals through it!
Thanks for sharing. I am noticing a number of advanced reverb pedals seem to open a new dimension for synths and transform them into rich ambient synths.
I might be wrong, but this seems like a simpler version of the Strymon Nightsky, which is a great. Or maybe that’s my shoulder devil whispering, “you need this.”
My bad, I should've mentioned I didn't have it sealed to the desk. The pedal would easily move because it's small and light. So I would hold the pedal to prevent it from slipping (this is purely for the video aesthetic 🤣)
"Polyphony" is often mispronounced. Never heard "Ambient" mispronounced until today :) This pedal is way cooler than the Microcosm. Thanks for the demo.
You’re so right about there not being a lot of synth videos on this which I don’t get - seems like a match made in heaven. Thanks for doing this one
Walrus audio makes amazing stuff
I'm seeing these used, right now, so i can finally afford to get one. Thanks for a beautiful Demo!

You play beautifully, enjoyed this demo. Definitely getting this pedal soon.
Wow, that is absolutely gorgeous!

Would love to see you using this in your MPC sampling workflow. In particular, how you cater for the reverb tails at the start and end of loops.
This pedal sounds great love the different algorithms as well dark and light both pretty cool
Really delicious algorithms. Rain and Dream are my favs.
Very informative video, thank you, I love this pedal!
Sounds really nice, great demo video!
Thanks Marc!
Nice! I own several Walrus Audio pedals. Really love their sound.
Great in depth video, looks like a great pedal, not sure if i need it,, yet
Subbed after 10 sec in
Thank you!

More synth pedals please :)
TEFTY! I’m so happy to see you! Ngl I’ve missed you on DCP among other things. Glad to see you are well. EQW4Life lol.
❤️❤️❤️
Brilliant sound!
I have the Walrus Audio Reverb Distortion pedal but I might need to get this as well!
Nice! I need to checkout more of their pedals.
Damn, I want one of these. The Rain algorithm remind me of tge EQD Afterneath a bit.
Yes it does! Plus the Stretch slider is similar to the Afterneath’s Drag control

Ahmbiant FTW 😉
Clipping input over here with the UB-XA Volume at Noon wtf 💀 No Clipping with Blackhole or Moore R7X2....damn
Summary resonates with me. Do i have to write down the settings to get back to something i liked? Needs midi.
Great video. If you had to compare with a VST plugin, is there any that come to mind as having a similar sound?
Valhalla Supermassive?
Is it possible to switch the modulation off entirely? The reverbs are great, the modulation is a pain!
I believe turning it all the way down basically switches it off
Thanks. It seems, though, that you need both hands to use the two sliders, are they that stiff? If so: dealbreaker.

Goodwood audio will put a midi on it
🎯

This armbient trend won't last long - it doesn't have much legs😊

Different sounds on the synth would be nice and give a better understanding of what the effects unit can do!
Noted! Thanks for the feedback.
