Behind the Paint: How a Custom Troy Lee Designs D4 Helmet is Made

Alongside the launch of the new Troy Lee Designs D4 helmet, we had the opportunity to spend some time in the TLD Paint Shop, and get an exclusive look at the hand-made artistic mastery that goes into each custom helmet. With patience, paint brushes, airbrushes and a lot of masking tape and steady hands, these craftsmen turn dreams into wearable art.
