@@WeBeTawkin_ well if u hit the gym and eat correctly you’ll get gains no matter what but cash is just doing a whole lotta fluff work. no need to do that many damn reps per set. hard to track progression overload with the way he works out imo. just simple hard heavy sets to failure is sufficient. u should be hitting failure at around 8-10 reps and if ur going over 10 reps then u gotta increase the weight. partial reps are also a good thing to do after u already hit failure
It’s definitely a more high rep/stamina workout, wasn’t one of my favorite but it was very difficult lol
