I am a PT and those are words you never say, you gotta customize for each client and trainee and have more knowledge than the basics

Tip for biceps: keep your elbows tucked. if you watch Cash his elbows don't move when he's doing curls, while yours do. Otherwise, you did great! good vid

Yo, just saw the video. That's smart, first set do a weight you can hit ten barely, second set do a weight you can do 7 or 8 reps but shoot for 10, then third set do a weight you can only do 4 or 5 reps but still shoot for 10. Im gonna start doing that. Thanks👍
