- Oil and filter change on my 2008 Renault Megane R26.
I am not a professional mechanic so this is not a guide. I just wanted to record the process and hopefully someone else will find it interesting or useful.

Hi Liam, sorry mate I’m not able to work on the car much at the minute. I have a couple of videos waiting to be edited but not of the suspension arms unfortunately. How much Oil need?✌️
Hi, sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure on the actually capacity but it usually takes around 5 litres. I buy a 5l and a 1l just in case I need a top up. I buy the kit with the oil, filter and washer from Renault parts direct (RPD). Thanks.
To be precise, your Megane needs 5.4L when completely drained. It's best to pour 5.2L and check after 5-10 minutes on the dipstick and add 100-200ml more if needed.

P.S. ...now we have a very hard War with barbaric, imperial Russia, and in this War I lost everything: house, property and everything else!((( But I have a Renault Megane II 1.5dCi. I recently bought this old but nice car(friends helped). He helps me in life. I use the Purflux LS932 oil filter and ARAL SuperTronic K 5W-30 C3 oil.
