Love this ❤ in Jamaica the most meat you will find in any bish is two just two different types of meat look how much you got just in this one and ppl be eating oxtail like its going out of style oxtail is expensive in Jamaica

What is Uziza please an in East Africa I try and love West African recipes but don’t know many ingredients like this one!
Its a type of vegetable. The seeds are also used as a spice... they look and taste like black pepper but more flavourful. The English name is False Cubeb and the botanical name is Piper Guineense
I will make it but not with Ejuna, my husband's family don't eat it. So I stopped eating it since I got married. 😊
