INEOS Grenadier in the Sand

- I spent a great couple of hours on Stockton Beach with Bruce from 4WD Tag-along and Passenger Tours. The Grenadier did very well. The video includes details of how I set it up for sand driving.
Great video. Nicely done. Looks like a great tour operator to take my Quartermaster next year
Well presented and that Ineos looks like it took everything easily in its stride. Good right foot and steering modulation are key. All being well, I'm considering one in the next few years myself. Not a huge fan of beach driving, I would however enjoy skilling up with Bruce up in Stockton. Cheers and thanks from Sydney - Dave

Outside temperature was around 26ºC
Engine temperature sits around 95ºC when its worked hard.

I was very happy with its performance in the sand. Tyres were at 15psi.
Many passenger cars can traverse sand...

does the grenadier use the whole 8 gears in low range? Is there a maximum speed recomended for low range? Is low1st a good low gear?

Yes. You can you can use all gears in low range.
I shift back to high range if i intend to go more than about 50km/h.
1st low is very low (giving a crawl ratio of 56:1)
Sand is never low range.

Understand that steering is not very functional. Maybe in a year or two for the engineers to iron the problems out.
With 20,000km travelled so far, I have no issues with the steering.
