I think it really depends on the person. Im so glad she did this though. It *did* look like her side teeth lightened up considerably, and even a little bit in her 1ST video. My moms teeth are yellow, and when they whiten, they only whiten to a creamy yellow, she never gets to Hollywood white.
I am a smoker and this toothpaste works well for my teeth that are stained. I think as I have not very white teeth it works much better 😀

There are so many scam commercials these days that I feel bad for genuine products fighting through this muck. Thanks for the review because it confirmed my original thoughts.
I bought this today after seeing a lot of ads on social media. Tried it and did not make any difference to my teeth. Will keep trying too but doubt it will have better results over time. Such a shame as when the product is on it does look very convincingly whiter (which is why i bought it). Normal whitening procedures give me tooth sensitivity and so this would have been amazing if it worked

i’ve tried various things and i know what you mean about the tooth sensitivity (some whitening systems are abrasive and can strip your enamel). i haven’t had better luck than with the crest 3d white line. works pretty well for me! i feel like this product is one of those that makes it look slightly whiter but it’s not a real solve and it’s just a temporary sort of false positive as it were. it seems like the whitening shampoos they make for white dogs. it’s supposed to make their coats whiter but it’s really just an optical illusion of sorts and you have to continue to use it to see the results and it actually makes it seem worse if you stop. it’s more like a reflective thing as opposed to actually lightening. i don’t know for sure but that’s what i’m worried about with this hismile or whatever product.
Her teeth are pretty white to begin with. I would be curious to see what a set of really yellow teeth would look like after using this stuff for a week or so

I agree, but I feel like most people who have really yellow teeth like that are too ashamed to try the products and post public results,
A lot of ignorant people don’t realize that you can get really yellow teeth from just having thin enamel and the Dentin shows through
It’s sad, because people in that predicament are warned to stop whitening their teeth or else it will only get worse, pretty much their only hope is a set of fake teeth or caps
My dentist told me to get the veneers put on, even the cheap one, would be over $5000 easily

I think it works if you don’t use it as regular toothpaste. I’ve noticed a shade or two lighter if used twice a day post regular brushing, and my teeth were starting to get Yellow.
it isn’t supposed to be used as normal tooth paste your supposed to floss brush with regular toothpaste and then this purple stuff but it still is trash
@@lucascallen4000the whitening toothpaste is meant to temporarily color your teeth. They even say so on their own website. They say it's like "makeup" for your teeth which will wash away after a few hours.

I purchased this product about two months ago and just used it today. I actually noticed a big difference in the color of my teeth all honestly. I left it in my mouth to swish for two mins, then I brushed my teeth with the product. I was surprised then I brushed my teeth with Lumineux toothpaste.

You have to have yellow teeth for this to work as purple cancels out yellow tones, if your teeth are white it won't do anything, plus it doesn't make teeth whiter the more you use it, so using it on your teeth that are already white you won't see a change
I just bought this from Amazon. And yes it's expensive, especially for the 33ml you get. It got the teeth maybe MAYBE 1 shade whiter but with in a few hours when checking, the colour was back to the way it was before using it. Initially the purple will tone the tooth color like purple shampoo or purple hair toner. It deposits the shade to tone the yellow but it's not permanent so of course the yellow comes back just like when the toner fades away the hair becomes brassy or yellow again.
Cheers. I'm sick of these scam companies trying their luck on us consumers, for us to find out the hard way. If this video even saves just 1 person from being scammed, then it's worth it.

I think the issue was your teeth were too white before using the product? I haven't started using it yet, but the technology behind it says it neutralizes "yellow tones" in the teeth. I guess if you are a smoker (I'm not) or a tobacco user (still not) this may fix the color change in your teeth. IDK Thanks for the review. I do wish I had seen it before buying this myself.

100% agree. I tried leaving the product on whilst I took a shower and still don’t see any noticeable difference.
On a side note, the pricey Colgate Whitening toothpaste (can’t remember what it’s called but it comes in a trophy cabinet-style box 😂) is a winner for a brighter smile 😁
Honestly you can get actual teeth whitening results from a dental office. Its usually about 100-300$ depending on where you live, but it is worth it for results that actually last.
I think you had the wrong expectations of this product. This is not a permanent or long lasting product, it’s like make up for your teeth. You apply it to already cleaned teeth and it just enhances the colour tone, but the effect is only temporary. If you’re relying on it to whiten your teeth for a long period then it’s not designed to do that and you will be disappointed. If that’s your expectation.
I became a little suspicious when all of the comments attached to the ad had been deleted and replaced with ads for the product so I decided to look for reviews on my own. Thank for saving me time and money. I don’t like wasting either. 😊

The way the product says it works is cause when purple and yellow mix they cancel each other into white. So going off that I imagine you need yellow teeth for it to do anything, and the lady here has quite nice white teeth already, so there's no effect. She needs nastier teeth lol

Thank you for doing an honest review I feel like most of what we see on the Internet is just praising the products it was good to see a real review. And I can't agree more 25 USD 30 pound UK. It's a bit steep for toothpaste that doesn't yelled the results.
Tiny bit different in the last before and after… flipping con artists it’s day and night in their advert… I hope they get reported to the ASA… great video and I hope you do more to stop people being ripped off with product that give false hope and promises
Thank you for your hard work). I was actually surprised when found that this product you use and I was looking for in different internet shops and different prices comes just as a tooth paste . In Russia original one has inside a lamp and a silicon retainer(?) to keep mouth open . And it's not for brushing as you can understand, you use it just as a common whitening system. And reviews I found were good, it works .So this one you use is a fake one, just purple colour gives optical illusion for a little time.

I did buy this stuff, and after seeing the review, I decided not to bother using it. Thanks for that review.
My local dentist told me to stay away from these type of products that's being sold on the internet because there is an acid within this stuff that works like bleach that will at first do it's job by removing the bacteria outside of your teeth but the more you use this stuff it will eat it's way through the whitening layer of your teeth and make it's way to the soft layer which is the color of yellow. Stay away from this stuff including other products like this and just use regular tooth paste and do some flossing including mouth wash...these are the three things that most local dentists recommend which does work for me and eating fruit helps even better for teeth but it's important that you must brush at least 2 to 3 times a day because many fruits has sugar...I brush 3 times a day along with the flossing and mouth wash and your teeth will look like pearls.

This product doesn’t change your color longtime. It’s just for situations where you want white teeth.

It’s color correction. It is not meant to permanently whiten your teeth. Just like you use yellow concealer to counteract the purple circles under your eyes.

The instructions say not to rinse after brushing, do you think this might have made an impact in your results?
I'm honestly not sure how you could get away with not rinsing - so much purple stuff around the teeth if you don't! - but I'm not sure. Mostly, I am convinced this product just doesn't work.

I've used this product for months. The way I could tell that Hismile works is this: I had a crown that appeared whiter than my other teeth. As I used the product, my real teeth became closer to the whiter crown.

A comment made from my friend who is a dentist. Going from your shade of white to 2 shades whiter you would need professional whitening. It’s difficult for products bought over the counter to offer the same level of quality as professional whitening kits. This is because there is a harmful chemical called hydrogen peroxide which cannot exceed over a certain amount for consumer ended whitening products. However.
If you are someone with yellowish teeth, this product will work up to a certain shade and no longer have any effect. So yes, it does work, but for very off white teeth.
I’ve seen improvement in my teeth after a week of using it. Followed by daily coconut pulling for conditioning my teeth and gums *(look it up).

I bought this product a couple of weeks ago... no change in the colour of my teeth. Followed the instructions to a tee & zilch results! Big disappointment & it's not cheap. Think I'll leave tooth whitening to my dentist! 😬

I think that it does work, you just habe to have really stained teeth. I could be wrong. I just bought it with the Strawberry flavored toothpaste it was partnered with.

i think the reason ur not seeing results is because its meant to be used for yellower teeth to make them white, but when you use it on mostly white teeth it kinda just gives your teeth a bit of a purpleish glow thats barely visible.

Thank u for the honest video review; TBH most folks advertising use of this (eh-hem Kim Kardashian) also get pro whitening done, so its not just this product that they're using for those super pearly whites...however, I actually just bought this and their whitening strips...not expecting too much but we shall see...✨️💖😌

Thanks, i was thinking of trying the 10 mins after i saw it suggested but now i think i won't bother. I agree with you. I think it's just a fake colour effect caused by the purple dye. Oh well i got it quite cheap on ebay, did not buy from Facebook who charge like £30. I paid just £6.

@@Hollieandlife I watched both videos of you doing different techniques. This one actually made a difference. But I think this product is for upkeep after you whiten your teeth professionally. Kind of like how you use purple shampoo after getting your hair bleached at a salon. Purple shampoo is not for lightening, it’s for tone correcting/ maintenance after bleaching/lightening the hair. So if you apply the same theory to teeth, this is for upkeep after whitening.

You have to use it for a wile it does work my teeth are much whiter.👍I got mine of tumu for £4
They recommend using it after the morning brush and only before special events so it sounds like it’s not permanent
I bought this stuff too. Expensive and did not work. I felt ripped off. Oh, it's a tiny amount. After like 2 uses it was almost out but the pump thingy stopped working anyway!
