Divine Retribution is the cross shaped skill so it wont hit enemies 4 times since the 4 waves refers to the 4 direction it goes in. It does 6 Bursts along each direction. Depending on how it works with overlapp you might be able to get 2-3 bursts to overlap, maybe more if the mob stands on a diagonal. Maybe if you are directly on top of the mob you get 4 hits but geometry tells me getting more hits along the diagonal is probably easier if at all possible.

There is the new Anoint (Vinespike Cordial?) only passive that inflicts Grasping Vines, and paired with Inextricable Fate you can get "all damage inflicts poison," which would open up pure fire damage skills to applying poison. It may be better to go a two button playstyle, one for each ailment. There's also the bit about Bleed and Ignite being focused on one big hit, where poison is generally focused on many moderate hits. Maybe Viper Strike of the Mamba would be the play? It also may be a bit awkward if your crit multiplier is different for the different skills, so focusing on two skills that benefit from the same generic sources would be better for passive point management. An interesting use of Autoexertion is with General's Cry, with 20/20 Autoexertion it have a 2.3 second cooldown, if you combine this with "Veterans Wrath" noteable to extend rage drop off to 3 seconds and the Rage mastery "Warcries grant 1 Rage per 5 Enemy Power, up to 5" you can sustain rage (although with a slightly slow ramp) on a non-melee Attack build since as Spectral Shield Throw or Ranged attacks.
Or you can play an actual General's Cry build and pick up some extra CDR to get below 2 seconds. Tectonic Slam of Cataclysm got exactly enough buff to offset the loss of War Bringer and the nerf to General's Cry, and has very good mechanical synergies when used through proxies. @@brandenpedersen5127 If you have "Veterans Wrath" your rage fall off doesn't start unless you take no damage / gain no rage for 3 seconds (2 base + 1 passive). what is your opinion on a Gladiator with Shield Crush / Glacial Shield Strike. Varunastra in Main Hand + Weapon Master going full Crit with Emperor's Vigilance
@sirgog I don't think this has been addressed yet: there are ways to increase the duration of the Retaliation window: if your window is 5 seconds, and the skill cooldown is reduced to 2 seconds - does that mean you can use it 3 times in succession during one Retaliation window?
Given that there are Nodes which give you a chance to use the same Retaliation skill more than once, it's fairly safe to assume that you cannot use it more than once in a single window without that chance proccing (there's also cooldown recovery specifically for Retaliation skills, which further implies this).
For me, I give myself clear objectives. IE clear the atlas, kill Sirius, or Maven etc... If you like your league start, stick with it. Every build falls off (without investment) so it is worth getting some currency and building up defences and damage. Having fun with a build is paramount tho😊
Mocking this up really quickly: If you go for as much Bleed duration as possible with Puncture of Shaking, you can get: 5s base duration of bleed 70% increased Bleeding Duration (tree) 45% increased Skill Effect Duration (tree) 10% more skill effect duration (tree) 49% more skill effect duration (More Duration Support Gem) This isn't counting anything from gear. So that's: 5s * (2.15) * 1.1 * 1.49 = 17.62s Bleeds, at 70% damage per second. Another possibility now is using Eviscerate to make enemies bleed on a build that otherwise doesn't care, and running Bloodlust in your main links to capitalize on the fact that your enemy is bleeding.
I'm considering using Vengeful Cry purely through the 35% chance for a Different Retaliation Skill to become Usable, though the chance seems a bit low unless you have other investments in how often you can use the triggering skill.
There's 2 other ways, but they're both bad. The first is the Beacon of Madness boots, which comes with huge downsides. The other is a Hunter influenced helm mod for igniting conflux, but that is only up for 3 out of every 8 seconds. I'd recommend the boots if you're determined to do it, as they're consistent and come with other benefits too, but you'll have to figure out how to deal with the debuffs the madness status builds up on you. There's probably some guides out there on how to handle it.
I’m kind of confused with all those ‘inc crit chance against bleeding enemies’. If I use puncture of shanking alongside PA, shouldn’t I have 100% crit chance before inflicting bleed anyway? The new PA says non crit hits cannot inflict ailments, which overrides ‘inflicts bleed’ on puncture and eviscerate, if I’m understanding the whole thing correctly. Am I missing something?
The two eviscerate hits also help with ryslatha/volatility, to give a better chance at your long cooldown bleed actually being a good one… I feel better about gladiator’s aggravate node now, since having the rng layer of volatility compete with the rng layer of proccing aggravate is probably too much for eviscerate’s cooldown.
Good to know that mana reservation does work on autoexertion, when I read further modified I thought it was a lock on 15%. So this means also we can use 4 warcries and 1 enlightened for example?
Between the new bleed & rage options, rupture support, etc., I'm really wondering if crit bleed & rage cyclone glad/slayer might be a thing this patch. Yes, I'm one of *those* people that actually like the cyclone playstyle. Thoughts, anyone?
What melee skills will you guys recommend out of strikes and slams where myain focus beyond just damage/survivability is damage projection. I want to avoid cheese melee where its projectile or basically just a spell. Wpuld like the actual melee feeling but to cover enough of the screen in damage to compete with projectiles and large AoEs for projection. The ideal would be similar clverage to frostbilt ice nova but i know thats probably far too unrealistic
Eviscerate Gladiator is going to be really fun I think. Wonder if going the CDR route with Torrent/Crusader boots, or just using the new anoint will be better.
Wouldn't swordstorm's damage actually be double the listed amount since it calls out that it hits with both weapons each hit? Aka this thing is doing 3952% weapon damage if all 8 hits land?
Eviscerate has such a big area of effect just on its own that I'm thinking it could be great as a bleed ploriferation tool for glad. Plop some inc AOE in there and your bleed explosions will be tripled.
If crushing fist can be exerted it probably just outright fixes the single target issues I always had with tectonic slam. Just throw both gems in the chest slot for a dual 6 link on chieftain
Maybe this is copium, but I honestly think that Eviscerate is so good that you don't even need to get the Retaliation Notable on Glad (If it's not your main skill). Just get the lucky block and Jagged Technique, with maybe a four link of Eviscerate - Expert Retaliation - Brutality - Volatility, and this will be a good setup for some extra damage. We'll have to see how the cooldown recovery rate on Expert actually works in practice, but I think it might be worth it.
Having high hopes for dual wielding Gladiator Puncture of Shanking + rupture support + Perfect Agony. Very short bleeds but excessively strong DoT. But depending on attack speed, sadism could work (will try out in one of the builds this league)
why not pick a skill that uses the same supports as the retaliation skill you want to use, then put them both in a 6l with 4 supports? seems more efficient overall
After these, I am sold on Glad. My biggest worry was damage and these give tools to work with it. Playstyle might be a little clunky and definately not a zoomer, but safe and fun
It seems to be that If you want to use Puncture of Shanking AND Eviscerate, you must be using a one-hand sword because that is the only weapon type that applies to both gems and Eviscerate requires a shield (no two-hand weapons).
The Surrender will have a lvl30 Crushing Fist tacked onto it as well. If Crushing Fist scales from somewhere around 800-1000% at lvl1 to 2200% on lvl20, I fully expect a lvl30 gem to go over 3000% which could be very interesting to play around with. Evicerate looks crazy good though! Swordstorm hitting 8 times might be a nod to use it with Crimson Dance as well. 🙂
Sadly looking at the wording, only existing versions will have Crushing Fist, looks like the new doesn't have any: The Surrender Unique Shield no longer Grants Level 30 Reckoning Skill. Existing versions of this unique will now grant Crushing Fist.
@@MrRinani What is your point? The Surrender will get a lvl30 Crushing Fist in 3.25 instead of a lvl30 Reckoning. That's it. Never said it would grant both.
I do hope it is just an error or phraising and that it will indeed have Crushing Fist because I do intend on using the shield and it could be a nice way to have several high link retaliation skills
Doryanis Fist ignite was the first build I beat Sirus with (hardest boss that time) Would be fun to bring it back /edit: Thinking HARD about Puncture of Shanking now. With Glad explosions it should be easy to one tab the whole screen once the build is up and running
It should be, there is no buff portion to General's Cry so there isn't really any reason to think it shouldn't work. The reservation cost might be slightly annoying but shouldn't be too bad since it is just 15% modified by 2-3 supports at worst. It does have a bigger dmg penalty than before but also give a decent amount of cooldown recovery now so it might actually make it feel better to use.
Could divine retribution be used as clear masive groups enemies skill with addition of divine ire of disintegration for single target? They scale very similarly both of them have physical flat base and 50% lightning damage convertion.
I suppoosssseee you could make something work with voltaxic rift or even volkuur’s guidance for poison divine retribution (instead of original sin) but until we see the skill in action that feels like 100% meme. I’m inclined to agree with you that the hoops you have to jump through with blocking would mean the damage would have to be HILARIOUSLY large to be worth it. But I just enjoy theorycrafting that kind of thing out even if it would never be playable.
The change from increased duration to more duration also ruined a Saqawal's flock build I was cooking It went all the way down to 85% reduced duration to trigger as many twisters as possible, and used increased duration support so that the twisters didn't instantly disappear Now that's completely thrown out the window (the 74% increased duration on the support gem was equivalent to 493% more duration)
Eviscerate: Requiers a Sword or Axe and a Shield. can someone explain the Axe and a shield? 2 1h axes would not work the way im understanding that line
I won't be playing melee, it's been years since I did. But the way instant skills and skill buttons have gone, I wouldn't blame anyone for using AHK to send command to move and to use an instant warcry bound to the same button.
Swordstorm hits with both weapons, like viper strike, so that damage effectiveness applies twice. With 8 hits that's close to 4I effectiveness. Kinda silly tbh.
No, GGG has specifically designed any self hit mechanics to not be blockable. They count as secondary damage which is neither attack nor spell, thus they cannot be blocked, evaded, etc.
What do you guys think? 4L Lacerate (carried further by bleed explosions) for mapping so that you get to use 6l Eviscerate on bosses? The numbers on that thing is insane, so why not make the most use of it?
My concern with this setup is that it required you to be attacked by the boss. If you're confident in your Damage Mitigation, I guess it could work. I'm much more likely to go 4L Lacerate (for clear), 6L Puncture of Shanking (for bosses), and 4L Eviscerate (for additional damage).
Crushing Fist seems insane, as it is the only retaliation skill for now that doesn't require a shield and is thus usable by 2h staff slam builds and is exertable because of the slam tag. Glacial Shield Swipe on a plain 1link just to make use of the 2 sec guaranteed freeze with the cold mastery increasing damage taken also seems pretty potent. With Dawnbreaker on my LS starter Warden it deals 1.2m damage per hit in a 8m area and each use with 2s freeze thanks to the Warden ascendancy makes the target take 10% more damage for the rest of the fight. Granted, this hinges on the fact, if the Warden ascendancy truly causes a 2sec freeze even on pinnacle targets (I kinda doubt it, but mechanically this is exactly what should happen? Glacial Shield Swipe ALWAYS freezes, which is a very minimal duration due to thresholds on pinnacle targets, but the ascendancy extends ANY freeze duration to 2seconds.)
Retaliation skills can't be exerted, part of the (new) text of exert. The Crushing Fist gem has potential, it just didn't leap out to me as much as the others.
can anyone tell me how are we supposed to sustain frenzy charges as Melee characters without ralakesh boots vs pinacle bosses after they did stuff to frenzy only for bows? (frenzy of onslaught has anti synergie to frenzy charge sustain)
Something interesting: Crushing fist has 2193% of base damage, and effectiveness of added to it. If we multiply it by 0.6 we get 1315% So basically, the same multiplier as Eviscerate. Eviscerate has 3 seconds cooldown, while Crushing Fist has 4 seconds. It means that in theory, on ideal conditions, deals 1754% of base damage in 4 seconds. (2193/1754)*100 = Crushing fist has 1.25 times higher dps for hits compared to Eviscerate, but the thing is, somehow was forgotten that eviscerate hits twice. Base hit: 2193% of base damage Bleeding dot: 2193 * 0.7 * 0.6 = 921% of base damage * second (4-5 seconds) Total: 5877% of base damage on 4 seconds Lets not forget the opportunity cost of already investing into bleed chance. So lets see why eviscerate is better, and how Crushing Fist has absolute no reason to exist (well, unless you use anything besides a sword, or axe + shield) If you dont have any investment in chance to bleed, eviscerate looks better. Base hit x2: 1345% x2 = 2690% of base damage Bleeding Dot: 941% of base damage * second (3-5 seconds) Total: 6454% of base damage on the same 4 second window Crushing fist, it became aviable 1 whole second earlier, whithout even needing to invest on bleeding at all. (6454/5877)*100 = 109.8 Eviscerate deals 10% more damage compared to crushing fist, having better uptime. And no need to invest on bleeding at all. Probably at some point the idea was to give Eviscerate a 70% chance to inflict bleed. Which would make with the 2 hits, about 91% chance to inflict bleeding, balancing out the numbers. But it would feel really shit to 1/10 of the time to have no damage, like a russian roulette of pain. And in the process, they forgot that for crushing fist to even be able to inflict bleed, you need to invest in the ability to be able to inflict bleed.
To me, i will go with sst bleed and maybe shield crush. New Shield base should be easy to find later on, its super tanky, good to farm and with the 20% more quality, it will hold fine endgame. Shield charge alone will be enough to clear maps.
@@0725038 I don't believe there are any new shield bases? In patch notes it says: "Added 60 new armour base item types: 18 Helmets, 18 Body Armours, 12 Gloves, and 12 Boots. 5s * (2.15) * 1.1 * 1.49 = 17.62s Bleeds, at 70% damage per second.
Evicaerate ignite using Rebuke of the Vaal, is this only for an Elementalist or is there a other way to make all damage ignite??
There's 2 other ways, but they're both bad. The first is the Beacon of Madness boots, which comes with huge downsides. The other is a Hunter influenced helm mod for igniting conflux, but that is only up for 3 out of every 8 seconds. I'd recommend the boots if you're determined to do it, as they're consistent and come with other benefits too, but you'll have to figure out how to deal with the debuffs the madness status builds up on you. There's probably some guides out there on how to handle it.
@@ArawnOfAnnwn thanks for the info, I think I ak going to go Evicerate bleed
I’m kind of confused with all those ‘inc crit chance against bleeding enemies’. If I use puncture of shanking alongside PA, shouldn’t I have 100% crit chance before inflicting bleed anyway? The new PA says non crit hits cannot inflict ailments, which overrides ‘inflicts bleed’ on puncture and eviscerate, if I’m understanding the whole thing correctly. Am I missing something?
It means you can get by with say 80% overall crit if this pushes you to 100% - think of it as 80% to start a bleed and 100% to refresh one.
@@sirgogThen it will make crit dot starters work when it lacks a bit of crit chance. It might be cool afterall, then. Thanks!
would you still be able to use Doedre's Elixir while being spect into blood magic keystone?
The two eviscerate hits also help with ryslatha/volatility, to give a better chance at your long cooldown bleed actually being a good one… I feel better about gladiator’s aggravate node now, since having the rng layer of volatility compete with the rng layer of proccing aggravate is probably too much for eviscerate’s cooldown.
Good to know that mana reservation does work on autoexertion, when I read further modified I thought it was a lock on 15%. So this means also we can use 4 warcries and 1 enlightened for example?
Yeah it will apply once and once only. 4 warcries is 60% baseline, Enlighten 4 brings that to 52.8%, then that's modified once by your MRE.
Between the new bleed & rage options, rupture support, etc., I'm really wondering if crit bleed & rage cyclone glad/slayer might be a thing this patch. Yes, I'm one of *those* people that actually like the cyclone playstyle.
Thoughts, anyone?
This league has all of us swapping between starters. What great excitement and hype for the next league.
Thanks for posting sirgog!
Even if u don't go vaal ground slam chief think you could toss out a pob for one?
What melee skills will you guys recommend out of strikes and slams where myain focus beyond just damage/survivability is damage projection. I want to avoid cheese melee where its projectile or basically just a spell. Wpuld like the actual melee feeling but to cover enough of the screen in damage to compete with projectiles and large AoEs for projection. The ideal would be similar clverage to frostbilt ice nova but i know thats probably far too unrealistic
Why was the physical tag removed from melee gems?
if they lost flat phys damage, they lost the tag
vengeful cry with forbidden rite would be a huge buff for rage builds if youre willing to stay below the ~60% chaos res or so
Eviscerate Gladiator is going to be really fun I think.
Good point. I know in the preview for it Swordstorm seemed to hit like an absolute truck.
Crushing fist should not work with unarmed, it says in description WEAPON damage and none of unarmed skills mention weapon damage in the description.
If you want to use both the new puncture and Eviscerate you need to use a sword. Axe can’t the new puncture and claw can’t eviscerate
Ah the time honored tradition of vaal orbing the leaguestart... HAHAHA! I felt that one.
Eviscerate has such a big area of effect just on its own that I'm thinking it could be great as a bleed ploriferation tool for glad. Plop some inc AOE in there and your bleed explosions will be tripled.
I binge watched sirgogs videos, now drunk af from all the drinks I've grabbed
Vengeful cry is made for the Berserker node that inflicts self damage on taking 10 hits from enemies
Yeah that could work well too.
Exciting times to be a PoE fan!
After these, I am sold on Glad. My biggest worry was damage and these give tools to work with it.
Playstyle might be a little clunky and definately not a zoomer, but safe and fun
Couldnt be glad also be a meme poison ascendancy as the bleed pops proliferate poison? And when swordstorm turns out to be good we actually have ST?
It seems to be that If you want to use Puncture of Shanking AND Eviscerate, you must be using a one-hand sword because that is the only weapon type that applies to both gems and Eviscerate requires a shield (no two-hand weapons).
yeah good point, forgot how weapon restrictive Eviscerate was
Kind of torn between going full sword + shield bleed gladiator and Shockwave Chieftain with Static strike as delivery method
So i have to use the skill after i block it seems anoying to play , any way ican automate it ?
@@Patraquashe Because it specifically mentions existing versions, nothing about the Surrender now having Crushing Fist by default
@@MrRinani so you think that if you find it in 3.25, it wont have lvl30 Crushing Fist?
I do hope it is just an error or phraising and that it will indeed have Crushing Fist because I do intend on using the shield and it could be a nice way to have several high link retaliation skills
The numbers on these retaliation skills are so damn high
Doryanis Fist ignite was the first build I beat Sirus with (hardest boss that time) Would be fun to bring it back
/edit: Thinking HARD about Puncture of Shanking now. With Glad explosions it should be easy to one tab the whole screen once the build is up and running
Will generals cry still be usable with auto exertion? As the changes keep getting me confused.
Divine Rettibution can be use with archmage. Just thought that was intresting.
Could divine retribution be used as clear masive groups enemies skill with addition of divine ire of disintegration for single target?
They scale very similarly both of them have physical flat base and 50% lightning damage convertion.
Yeah, I could see that.
Autoexert is gonna be melee spellslinger.
Also remember the lighting retaliation skill is a spell
I suppoosssseee you could make something work with voltaxic rift or even volkuur’s guidance for poison divine retribution (instead of original sin) but until we see the skill in action that feels like 100% meme. I’m inclined to agree with you that the hoops you have to jump through with blocking would mean the damage would have to be HILARIOUSLY large to be worth it. But I just enjoy theorycrafting that kind of thing out even if it would never be playable.
Didn't think of Voltaxic but yeah it really does sound like a meme.
The Penance Mark tech gonna be so good. Permanent lucky block and reliable retaliations
Did they announce new transfigured gems?
There's only one - Puncture of Shanking
The change from increased duration to more duration also ruined a Saqawal's flock build I was cooking
It went all the way down to 85% reduced duration to trigger as many twisters as possible, and used increased duration support so that the twisters didn't instantly disappear
Now that's completely thrown out the window (the 74% increased duration on the support gem was equivalent to 493% more duration)
That's what you get for playing old memes. Adopt, adapt and improvise.
I like how retaliation skills benefit slower builds more than fast builds.
I'm considering new puncture + rupture, but for map clearing this is so bad it hurts. But bossing can be stupid damage and QOL.
Eviscerate: Requiers a Sword or Axe and a Shield. can someone explain the Axe and a shield? 2 1h axes would not work the way im understanding that line
Shield absolutely required; other hand can be sword or axe
Wonder if The Surrender will have a lvl 30 version of Crushing Fist, could be nutty
It doesn't grant anything anymore.
only legacy versions do, the new one instead grants a big fat nothing
Pretty sure Eviscerate waves are more like Lacerate or Shield Crush, which also have overlapping in the center.
I'm wondering how difficult it will be to hit dot cap with bleed eviscerate.
Probably not very on crit versions.
@@sirgog that's great news. I wish someone would make a quick job tutorial on how to maximize bleed damage because I feel lost in the weeds about it.
I won't be playing melee, it's been years since I did. But the way instant skills and skill buttons have gone, I wouldn't blame anyone for using AHK to send command to move and to use an instant warcry bound to the same button.
I hate to be that guy, but isn't the ignite sword called "Story of the vaal" ? :/
Been chatting about that in Discord with a few people. Not sold on it, base damage too low IMO. Open to being proven wrong.
Swordstorm hits with both weapons, like viper strike, so that damage effectiveness applies twice. With 8 hits that's close to 4I effectiveness. Kinda silly tbh.
Crit bleed retaliation glad sword theory craft next stream?
Non-crit is on my radar.
Those numbers are high enough my Tempest Shield Deivine Retribution build is probobly a go.
Need some tech to trigger blocks for uptime on these. Can you block any damage that you hit yourself?
Honestly not sure offhand; I'd check into Hiltless interactions.
@@sirgog Would be the ritual ring that gives you the affliction marks back I would think
No, GGG has specifically designed any self hit mechanics to not be blockable. They count as secondary damage which is neither attack nor spell, thus they cannot be blocked, evaded, etc.
Can scolds bridle self damage be blocked? I'm fairly sure it's considered secondary damage 🤔
@sirgog wiki says reflected damage can be blocked but doesn't trigger on block effects
What do you guys think? 4L Lacerate (carried further by bleed explosions) for mapping so that you get to use 6l Eviscerate on bosses? The numbers on that thing is insane, so why not make the most use of it?
No trash
My concern with this setup is that it required you to be attacked by the boss. If you're confident in your Damage Mitigation, I guess it could work.
I'm much more likely to go 4L Lacerate (for clear), 6L Puncture of Shanking (for bosses), and 4L Eviscerate (for additional damage).
Wondering about using those retaliation as supplementary CoC delivery devices.
More Duration is better for duration based vaal skills as it wont increase the soul gain prevention period
glacial shield can be used on spellcaster too just for the freeze if anything
Yeah it might hit quite hard.
Guardian will love both GSS and Divine Retribution. I could easily see Smite/Divine Retribution being 'ez cruise' mode for Guardian with this.
i was on the evicerate bleed train after the level 1 gem already , now it just looks ridiculous, it even lost its 30% less dmg with ailments
Thank you as always Australian rich evans
That G.R.R. reference hurt.
I know I'm going to hell for it, but at least I had fun with it
Shield charge ignie chieftain with the glacial swipe for single target tho, zooming around corridor maps blowing things up.... hmmm
Actually puncture of shanking deals less damage than lacerate of haemorrage. There is no reason to use it.
Sirgog has many speed buffs to taking off and putting on a shirt.
When it comes to the unarmed or armed i feel like they wouldnt specify weapon if they didnt mean weapon.
@@sirgog Ah, well, I missed that, makes sense!
man I wish it was exertable, tragic
Always freezes probably just means 100% chance to freeze. I think you will need to meet the 0.3 second minimum freeze to not get a hoarfrost
can anyone tell me how are we supposed to sustain frenzy charges as Melee characters without ralakesh boots vs pinacle bosses after they did stuff to frenzy only for bows? (frenzy of onslaught has anti synergie to frenzy charge sustain)
mark mastery if you are using a mark skill.
does blocking a savage hit still count as one?
A savage hit is one that chunks 15% or more life from you.
Blocking causes you to take 0 damage from the hit. So no, that doesn't work together
Base hit: 2193% of base damage
Bleeding dot: 2193 * 0.7 * 0.6 = 921% of base damage * second (4-5 seconds)
Total: 5877% of base damage on 4 seconds
Lets not forget the opportunity cost of already investing into bleed chance.
So lets see why eviscerate is better, and how Crushing Fist has absolute no reason to exist (well, unless you use anything besides a sword, or axe + shield)
If you dont have any investment in chance to bleed, eviscerate looks better.
Base hit x2: 1345% x2 = 2690% of base damage
Bleeding Dot: 941% of base damage * second (3-5 seconds)
Total: 6454% of base damage on the same 4 second window Crushing fist, it became aviable 1 whole second earlier, whithout even needing to invest on bleeding at all.
Does this account for the fact that Crushing Fist can be used with 2H weapons but Eviscerate needs a shield?
@@ncuriousmediator9434 Eviscerate can be used with swords, no mention about one or two handed, so that is the place where it probably shines
@@Noobificado It says on the gem "Requires a Sword or Axe and a Shield". Can't 2-hand with a shield.
@@ncuriousmediator9434 Oh, tought it was able to use a 2 handed sword
I'm torn between bleed sst or warden ls D:
Eviscerate seems very powerful but those 3sec cooldowns will annoy so much that you will takes ages to finish a map being that your main skill
Then reduce cooldown 😁
Just droppin' a comment for the algy because I have nothing interesting to say, but I'm early enough that it matters :^)
I'm still not convinced yet on a certain build for sc ssf
To me, i will go with sst bleed and maybe shield crush. New Shield base should be easy to find later on, its super tanky, good to farm and with the 20% more quality, it will hold fine endgame. Shield charge alone will be enough to clear maps.
@@0725038 I don't believe there are any new shield bases? In patch notes it says: "Added 60 new armour base item types: 18 Helmets, 18 Body Armours, 12 Gloves, and 12 Boots. These can be found in the endgame." But the quality changes will definitely be huge for those builds. Have you pob'd the numbers at all?
