    I'm gonna agree with everyone saying a community reef pond would be beautiful. It would be so colorful and lively. And schooling fish are mesmerizing, even those four little Monos in that big as pond bring so much happiness lol. I don't know a lot about salt but figuring out how to do a mix of fish sizes and types where they can all live happily together and not be too predatory would really make the community pop.

    This pond should be schooling fish like a community reef pond. And most people don't add coral to their pond, but I think this one would looks great with some coral spread around

    Community reef pond with schooling tangs is something most of us reefers dream of doing in our small(er) reef tanks, but just can’t due to the size they need. Go for the tangs!

    After seeing the painting granddad painted it be really cool to bring it to life on with bigger fishes, to bad there’s not large LARGER clown fish , like the big tangs etc it would be amazing to sit back watch a live painting. Then bring he out show him his painting come alive !

    I’ve built 5 different saltwater tanks throughout my life so far, my largest is 250 gallons, not even close to the pond but mine is a big reef community and I’d have to say that a community pond would be absolutely gorgeous! Lots of movement, tons of socializing between different species and the colours

    People always go for "monster" fish, whether freshwater or salt, but it'd be cool to see more schooling fish in big aquariums or in your case, the pond. Granted, it would be cool to see big fish too. Maybe a mix of both, assuming they can cohabitate.

      Absolutely second this tangs of all varieties and can be conditioned to be friendly towards all your schooling fishies by using a clear large acclimation bin victor talks about this with BRS I recommend it seriously you'll have a beautiful in absolutely no time Paul I'm so glad to see it filling with fish fan now

    you should get lots of colorful schooling fish! theres alr plenty of predator fish content. no one else really has a massive beautiful colorful pond like this so i think you should do that. angles, clown fish, puffers, fish that are pretty and cute but also wont eat eachother

    For the UV, you can take out the soft tubing and do hard pvc pipe. It will look much better.

    💯% do a salt pond community with different species of large tangs and coral. So many directions you can go with that.

    A very cool community pond especially since you have to anemones. A colony of clowns. Also tangs, angels, blennies and gobies. Would love to see how these would school and interact. I am sure you could get other stuff like wrasse and rabbitfish as well. Maybe ribbon eels and horseshoe crabs. There is such a wide range that would be so sick. And please some moonfish

    I personally love the tangs. They come in so many different colors and shapes. But that saltwater pond is going to be amazing no matter what you put in it.

    Do loads of invertebrates! They never get enough love and some get huge! Those apple squirts were amazing

    This video has been waiting to happen since the build of the pond. The 4 new tester fish look great. They have all of the water to swim in to their selves and the bottom creatures look great as well. Keep up the amazing work Paul.

    You should definitely fill the saltwater pond with coral and make it an incredible reef pond. with 100's of fish and all the coral you can frag from the tank inside. Its content gold.

    Do a Community. Giant schools are the way to go with these projects. You would even be able to have a school of tangs

    I think a huge community tank is the way to go! I would probably put the mangrove light above the mangrove for best results

    Start small with the tangs it’d be awesome to watch the whole growing process of them cause a tang pond would be awesome with a mix of others that can go with them

    Paul, you’re right, I think you should go with the larger tangs for the pond. Vlaminigi, regal, sohal will grow large in there. The monos will also grow large and are a hardy fish

    I agree, tangs, angels, wrasse etc. You can put so many more fish in the pond. Everyone has big predatory ponds.

    A community salt water tank would be amazing! I still vote for a Guitar Ray they look incredible! Also a full tank of Tangs would look insane so many awesome types like the Orange Bar tang! I don’t think anyone on YT has either of these fish.

    I think emperor angel is a must they would look sooo amazing in that tank! Also they look beautiful even when they change colour. A ray would be cool aswell.

    You should use a few Kessil 500x for the tank and for the mangrove. You can hang them all the way at the ceiling

    Hey paull maybe you can chance the color of the bucket of the tree in your salt water pond to blend more with the rocks when you do a water change and the water is low 😉

    Maybe a community style with tangs and schooling fish and wrasse etc but like 1 grouper or 1 snapper or 1 large fish something like that so it’s like a real coral reef since there’s always so many small fish but then like 1 big grouper or something

    Salt pond is looking zesty!! My sons say😊 Love idea of schooling fish as testers and for pond in future, they just look awesome traveling thru the pond....

    Hello PC, I am one of your newest Culfaros. I, my wife and I have been watching you and Brinton for about 3 months. Not really sure how many GranFans you have but We are definitely old enough to be your Grand Parents.
    One if the reasons why I think we love watching you guys because you take be back before there was youtube. I use to get one if them plastic or metal pools and make my own ego system in the back yard. I grew up in Indian River County and there were so many little and big creatures it was l Iike a boys playground. I use to be so much like you I just did not have youtube. I hope someday I get to see your little farm and also some of your friends places like Blake, the reptile man, and the monkey man. You and Brinton make laugh and remind me of my youth. Thank you for that but most of all thanks for caring for our creatures. God speed.

    @PaulCuffaro suggestion make the pond a community pond and put live Corals and put a Apex predator in it to where it’s a natural ecosystem and have the other fish / invertebrates / crustaceans to be able to breed so it never ends

    You should Get a Moon Tail Sea Bass for your pond
    It has that gold fish kind of color which will stand out in you pond

    great video! btw, you should swicth out those metal hose clamps to plastic ones. theyll start to rust with the salt water.

    A maculosus angelfish would be awesome for the pond. Not too rare or expensive but a beautiful fish and I don’t know of anyone on RUclips that has one. And they get really big 🔥

    You should try to do a flordia reef fish tank with fish you catch like hogfish, needle fish, small snappers, and tangs

    The UV should be elevated on the output end so that air doesn't get trapping inside the cylinder.
