Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

Using new technology the Air University at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama is teaching the Air Force's leaders how to hone their emotional intelligence, to combat toxic leadership.

Then they are not a leader but in a position of leadership only.
Its called caring about people more than you care about yourself.

Overall the entire us military is being sabotaged from within. Only few and core units still have retained some sort of normalcy.

The fact that the AF (I am a USAF vet) is FINALLY understanding the importance of EQ is such great news, this needs to be taught EARLY ON. I am talking FTAC, not waiting until ALS or SNCOA!!!
