The new regs for women’s hair are great but to say the same didn’t apply for men’s beards is pure hypocrisy. The argument wasn’t just about hair loss as stated and also included psychological harm due to their appearance. Also I’d like to add female nails are now allowed manicures along with their hair but men can’t have modify the only thing unique to them but women can.
Makeup and earrings are just a couple extras afforded. Yes, most don't necessarily need shaving waivers but shaving everyday for months on end does begin to irritate. Still not enough to justify a waiver.
