But yeah, dude, Taranto is absolutely one of those modern day players who's like top of the top and will absolutely, absolutely leave a phenomenal mark on the guitar/music scene for decades and decades to come! I'll always make a point about him as not only is he a phenomenal musician but also a wizard with all the fiddly-widdly stuff that makes the music actually *sound* good 🤣
I find Stephens compositions with full instrumentation actually exceeds my ability to hear and discern imdividual melody and harmony. Its cacophonous. Perhaps strangely I much prefer his solo riffs he practises and compiles on his social pages. They are mind blowing, twisty and of course incredibly technical.
