    sesame oil or any vegetable products don't have CHOLESTEROL in it , in this video by mistake i have mentioned that sesame oil has CHOLESTEROL instead of FAT , so i apologize for that mistake . fat in sesame oil gets converted into cholesterol in our liver , once again sorry for this mistake

      Hi DR. I was about to point out the same mistake. Thanks for accepting and correcting it. Also please allow me to correct the pronunciation of Sesame . it is "Say Sum Ee"and not "See Sum". Thanks

      I too noticed the same mistake. Also RDA for vitamin D seems to be 600 IU and not 200 as per many websites.
      They recommand on average 15 minutes of sunlight exposure everyday. hence it seems wrong to say that 20 minutes of exposure will give vitamin D equivalent 100 days requirement of vitamin D.

      You can take oral Vitamin D liquid, 60000ui per week, total 4 doses. I recommend you first consult yor doctor and do a Vitamin D test..👍

    As per your suggestion ,daily sunbath as described by you will lead to hypervitaminosis ? I mean toxicity .
    in other words daily sun basking is harmful as mentioned in your video .

      Dinesh ji getting vit D from sun applies to any age but in oldage particularly above 50 the immune & digestive system becomes week so the body can't absorve vit D from food so sr person is adviced to be in sun with minimum clothing & skin with the help of cholesterol in our body will make vit D ,if it is too defficiet below the range of 20 he is advised to take suppliment too as normal range of Vit D shld be 30 -80 ng/ml (this may vary from lab to lab but app.will be same )this I am sharing my experience as I am facing this problem, but before taking /giving any medicine to some one plz consult ur doctor .

      @@dineshkansara8482 ji nothing to thanks this I shared my experience &problem if helps someone I will be happy ,as I am facing defficiency of D3 & B12 both so we can improve B12 by taking vit B rich food but Vit D is very less in food so one has to take it from sunlight that too in the morning from 8-10 am or 4-6pm rest of the day it give uv rays too &have to take vit D rich food too better to be in sun as foreigners u see taking sunbath at sea beachs but it depends on age & skin color too,I am also sr citizen &faced the problem ,now improvement is there but it is part of the life at this age .

      Sandeep ji ur right but being male be in underwear &lay down in sun
      Straight then turn after some time u must have seen Indians or foreigners on sea beaches or in films taking sunbath but I will suggest to be in sunlight between 8am to 10 am or 4pm to 6pm for 15 to 30 minutes only as it is summer so it is too hot & ultraviolet rays from sun may be a problem after 10 am to 4pm .

Lekin baarish ki wajah se sunbath nahi ho paa raha hai. D ki kami ke saath iron aur b12 bhi kam hogaya hai. Vegetarian diet mein kya le in teeno D, iron aur b12 ki kami puri ho?

      By the way it is natural way to get vitamin d without any cost , I am not suggesting medicines or supplements that have many side effects and are costly , and it's unfortunate for india that it has more than 70% people have osteoporosis though our country has sufficient sun rays throughout year , By the way , it's individual choice

But in India doctors having different opinion some on says after sun raising to 8am,others proclaim 8am to 11am. I am supporting scientific research rather than theories.     सरजी, नमस्ते, अक्सर सूना है, सूबह का धूप विटामीन डी बनाती है, लेकिन आपने धूप लेने का टाईम तो 11 से 2 बताया और मै पूरा कनफ्युज्ड हो गया है. Sorry to say Sir मैं आपके फाॅर्मूलासे सेहमत नही हूॅ.

      Avinash ji aap sahi hain ,bhai sahib ne bina homework vdo bana diya sun me subh 7-9ya 10 am theek hai baad me uv rays body ke liye theek nahin aur yeh kahte hai 200 iu /day body ke liye chahiye jabki 50 saal tak 400-600 iu or 50 se upar 600-800 iu /day ,aap plz Google kare ya aur u tube channel dekhe
