I love how you honor the Lord by bringing verses to the video. Thank you.
The title literally curses? Honor God?
@@tituslittle that’s a man made word saying something is cool cussing in the Bible is when the words are being used in a way to put someone else down or away from Jesus

@@tituslittle Jesus flipped tables, called people vipers and snakes. He’s not taking the Lord’s name in vain or putting someone down. In this case, “badass” is an adjective. You could use a lesson or two. No offense
That's the part of the videos that I really don't get and that I always fast forward. It really must be an American thing, mixing business with religion like that, but the rest of Sean's (I hope I spelled his name the right way) reviews are well done, they seem as honest as any sales related review can be and they're always informative. The remainder of the video is always worth watching after skipping the scripture, so I keep giving him the likes and watching. There's no more need to hate on religion than there is to push it, so I just enjoy the reviews and avoid the preaching. We all dig motorcycles, and that's what is most important.
I've got a 1998 Suzuki Intruder VL1500LC (Legendary Classics)... fantastic cruiser, big boy .
I love the Bible wisdom - something the modern world is truly lacking.
Very true
Yup, like

Love the scriptures and your reviews brother!
I love when engineers design bikes as if they're going to own one, getting that weight down low makes a huge difference on these heavy cruisers, I'm really glad you pointed that out.
That's cause they figured alot of beer bellies would be riding them
I’ve got a 2000 Intruder 1500, my ONLY gripe is the “double shift”. My feet are so damn big, that when I pick up my feet in first gear, I kick it down into neutral on myself
I had the same problem, plus kicking down with the heal is vicious on the linkages!!
Solution, cut the back half off, and toe shift front only...works awesome and is way kinder on the linkages 👍🏻
First off ill say I am not super into religion but what a lot of people might not know is that most of them if not all of them are born again Christians. (or something along those lines) I applaud how honest and raw and straight forward SRK seems in videos at least. They are never trying to screw people over nor cause any harm or anything remotely considered being bad lol. IDK IM ZOOTED
Thanks Matt, we try to treat people the same way that we would like to be treated. And I like to be treated well haha
I find it very comfortable to deal with Born Again Christians. Although I am a Convert myself but not yet ready to do that extra step to become born again but 'I am trying, Ringo...' I can not imagine a Born Again Christian to screw someone over for money. ❤
Hav a 2000 vl1500 lc this bikes big heavy an badass looking an no issues mechanically
Thx Sean for looking out for the big guys out there!
Can't touch used bikes for less than $4k in Oklahoma. Probably have to buy a new one.
I literally bought an 06 Suzuki boulevard c90t with 55k miles because of this video! I’m 6,4 450lbs and I actually fit well on it. Thank you for helping me pick my bike! If I get comfortable enough I plan on trading up to an m109r someday. Also I wanna put pipes on it will it mess anything up if I don’t re flash the computer?
Be sure to test ride a M109R fully before committing to it. I've heard they are quite different ergonomically, but haven't ridden them myself.
Those C90's are definitely some rad bikes. I would love to build a chopper out of one. With that super low gas tank it opens up a plethora of creative ideas. Throw in the fuel injection to boot, that in itself allows for any possible pipe combo one can conjure up. No carb to jet the computer will do it for you. I dig it
You should see how the Russians customize the heck out of them. I mean wow. Where do they get those parts? Not in America.
Creativity and hard work is where they come from. So many people are afraid to think outside of the box when it comes to metric bikes
The m90 would be badass to own one day, only cause I'm not a huge fan of the "classic" look of the C series bikes.
Ive got an m50 and love it looking to upgrade to a m90 or m109r next year love these Suzuki bikes
@@57HEMIviken I've got a 2005 GSX750F Katana right now. The only cruiser I had before was a 08 Honda Shadow 750 spirit and I do regret getting rid of that bike some 5 years ago. I traded in for a Honda DN-01. If you dont know what a DN01 is look it up lmao
I had an M50 - nice bike with shaft drive & fuel injection. Just not very quick feeling. I came from a Yamaha YZF600R so of course it wasn't going to feel like that, but I still was left wanting more power. The seat also killed my ass on long rides haha.
Just got a 2008, love it. First bike I ride in 30 years, yet easy to handle even though I'm 5'10" 160 lbs. Plenty of power for my weight. Love the word of wisdom as well. There little wisdom in the world outside the Bible.
I had the 2004 VL1500LC. This was the last year for carbureted engines. I swear, the LC stood for Lounge Chair. It was the most comfortable bike I've ever owned.
I have purchased a 2004 myself. Once the decompresion cable was properly adjusted is a dream bike to ride and handling and stopping power is more than enough. With a bit bigger fuel tank would be perfect.
@@guilletous89Yes the compression cable caused mine to be hard to start. Once adjusted no problem. Loved the bike.
The gas tank is like the 85 yamaha 1200
Im looking forward to the day i put a backpack on hop on a cruiser and take off on a long trip
Thanks for the encouragement brother I watch your videos before and thought they were pretty good but once I discovered you share the same beliefs as me I hit that subscribe button
Bought a harley road glide from these guys will definitely buy from them again
Why
Full frame bike? Good to know and 100% more spot light. I'm sold. 🤣
Great videos. Love the scriptures. I bought a fully custom c90 this year and front shocks are being worked on. Can't wait to ride it. I'm also 6"2 260lbs bike is great. My other bike is a 2001 bandit 1200s lots of fun
What kind of mileage does it get? I personally hate fueling up every 120 miles.
It's got a small tank. Mine is ready for a fill up at about 120 miles.
@@channell11 where I plan to ride the gas stops may be that far apart. Southwest Arizona / Mexico border. I'd hate to not have a choice where to stop you know?
@@terryr_zappa8193 Understandable. Gman Industries used to make a 2.5 gallon auxiliary tank that fit at the bottom of the frame.
My little Honda Hawk GT has to fuel up just under 120 as well. Very small (
Awesome bike.....does it have solid or hydraulic lifters? I want one.
That gas tank thing is a great idea. Maybe Harley can do something like that with the Forty-Eight so we can have the peanut tank but with more fuel.
It's only 3.5 gallon and50mpg
I say a prayer before every ride. You never know when you will meet your maker when on a bike at highway speeds.
It's not under 4k if it costs 4500 just sayin
There's one in my area for $2500
That's on the higher end. I got a fully loaded 2008 in great shape for 3700. That's a sub 4K bike all day long in most cases.
wow...man...made my life....
Nice one, Subscribed. Please keep them coming.....
Looks like the perfect bike for a big guy on a tight budget . Great review . Love the scriptures !
I'm a taller guy (6'5") and for my first bike I wanted something that fit and also that would have no problem carrying me and the wife. It's very approachable and easy to ride for a bigger bike, and with a few mods you can get some more power. I enjoy it a lot and for 3700 bucks the price was right. The fuel tank is kind of small, but I don't mind stopping to stretch my legs every couple hours.
It's a big bike. But for a tall guy it should be easy. And it has plenty of comfort and power. Just keep the lady off of the back until you get comfortable with it.
@@mutantartificialintelligen3411 I didn't let her get on for nearly six months. I bought it in late fall so it was too cold for her anyway.
How’s the reliability been?
love the Bible reference! I love my C90. I've had it for 9 years and it's the bomb.
Those are the same as the suzuki intruder 1500 i have one and its a nice bike
I got confused looking at it first thinking why would he hype a fat boy so much
Not under 4 grand .
Coming from someone who's previous bike was a C50 Boulevard, I didn't really know these ones existed. Kinda wishing I upgraded to one of those instead of my Honda VTX 1800c that I now own. Then again, my bike has a little bit more power than this C90 and I absolutely love it. The only thing I could complain about is the mpg drop. It averages 25-30 mpg which is kinda lame in my opinion. Yes, it's a big muscle bike with a motor well over twice the size of my C50, but then again my friend who upgraded to an Indian Chieftain around the same time I got my VTX easily gets 50 mpg on the freeway, and his Indian has a motor roughly the same size as mine, if not bigger... lol
I love my 06 C90. Decent power and very good torque. It will go over a mountain with a load on it and not break a sweat. The only thing I don't like is that the fuel tank is only 3 gallons.
That's the exact bike I got based on the reviews here
Shaun, I think you got a bad ground on that Neutral light. Looked like it was flickering a touch. Otherwise... sexy bike! God bless, stay safe!
I have an 05 Boulevard C90 with 78K miles on it. I. Freaking. Love. It. If you take care of it, it will take care of you and last forever.
If I am 5"8 and 200 lbs is this bike going to be too big for me?
I paid 2800 for my speedmaster. Best bike I have ever owned.
I owned a 2007 Speedmaster, me too, best bike I have ever owned.

I have never rode a Suzuki C90. However, my good friend owns a 2000 Suzuki 1500. I have rode this bike twice and did not enjoy it. For me, the bike felt too big, and it was tough to push around when preparing to park. I hope this bike is better.
Nothing really innovative there... Honda were doing the false tank and and fuel tank under the seat in the 70s...still good bike tho.
That was my re-entry bike two years ago after not riding for 30 years. For someone with previous experience it was a bliss to re-learn on this bike for the reasons mentionned. Reliable, low center of gravity, comfortable and all. Limited power though.
This guy is an amazing salesman.
Was hoping it’d be another VTX 1800 video
$4500?? Where? My dealer wants $8000 for a 2019 with 7k miles.
I traded in my 2005 for a 2017. Nice bikes for the money. Same model but totally different machines as far as handling and stopping power. Truthfully, the 2005 was better in a lot of ways. But as you said the batteries were always being changed out. I think it was a stator issue. That issue has been fixed on newer models. Also, the gas tank is no longer under the seat. Which changes the center of gravity. Though the newer models have a larger fuel capacity. The newer models also have a higher ground clearance. Less scraping of the floor boards. The one thing that really ticks me off though. Is that they changed to single disc in the front. So stopping is quite a bit harder. Still a great bike though no matter how you look at it. Bang for the buck.
My stator in the 2004 model (carburated) desintegrated. I replaced by a modern one from a Dutch company and has done wonders for around 120 dollars, best money spent on those bikes.
By stator I mean electric regulator, not the alternator.
I'm really curious what is the best cruiser for Los Angeles in terms of nimbleness and brakes?
As well as reliability??
Wow, those are 13k or more OTD new. Why do they lose so much value?
-Reading about the changing demographic, [young generation not into motorcycles] affecting motorcycling in general, the cruisers are not in demand as previously, when countless numbers were sold, swamping the market. Makes it good for those interested today. Also noting the Adventure touring fad now in play.
I think Suzuki’s in general don’t hold there value as good as out bikes.
One like that was around 11K new, and they're 10-15 years old now, and based on a design that dates back to the 90's. They also depreciate faster than a comparable Harley.
Almost got one from the dealer that I was at but the other bike being a Yamaha Raider was really to my liking. Take care and ride on.
Have you ever ridden a ctx 1300 from Honda? I'm looking to get out of a sport bike and into a cruiser so the wife can ride with me.
Don.t you just love his stops at the sign most riders do this but becareful double check both ways.

I really like your bike reviews.
They're straightforward and to the point. Just my style.
As a note; I've been riding for over 50 years. Really.
I've gotta 2006 Honda Shadow Aero VTC 750 that I've had for 14 years.
Now, I'm ready for a BIKE FOR ME.
I went to the c90t from the c50, its bigger more powerful and I 'm planning to keep it.Great bike ,too cold(maine) now,but April is coming.
I have recently done the same. Love it so far!
My dad picked one up for dirt cheap with 40k miles on it. Runs like champ, needed tires, and little love cosmetically. Its a super comfortable bike, and would almost be perfect if I were a bit taller.
I'm thinking about getting one. I'm 5'6 close to 5'7, how tall are you?
I have the exact bike. Love it! Smooth and effortless handling. Ephrata biker breakfast every first Sunday. Hope to see you there! 💪👍
Thank you for the video. You always present a objective review. I would love to have a bike like this. However its not in the cards. I have three big fish to fry as it is. If l could, I would definatly pick one up asap and enjoy crusin all over the place.

Hey Sean what are your thoughts on the 2024 Indian scouts or chief dark horse? How much is the Harley sportster 48 ? In Canada
Idk how expensive bikes usually are where y'all are located but I got a mint condition Honda Shadow 1100 for $1900
ThatRealCoolWhiteGuy Wow that's pretty cheap. Private sale I'm guessing or an older bike
@@ryanbruneau1197 it's a 2002 but I mean bikes in general around here aren't that expensive. I live in Virginia. There were a couple 2008 shadows with 10k miles and they were like $2500

Literally about to go check out an 06 c90t. 11k miles. 3 grand! I can't pass it up.
Had newer version, not as good as older version.....plus finding stuff for the newer version is costly and rare, older version you can find anything
Do you need a Harley to look cool??? I know it’s about getting out there feeling the wind and having fun but come on looking cool does play a factor
I've always liked the C90, and I've been afraid of them. They have that starting problem, that can leave you stranded. If somebody's found a fix for it I'd be all over one. So does anybody know if they found a fix yet?
Jim Bennett yes they do. Tighten up the cable on the decompression solenoid. There are a few videos that show it. Worked great on my bike with 100k plus miles.
@@Jasperhemighty cool, thanks. I may have to take a look at that. I didn't consider it too seriously because I close up a bar in the middle of nowhere every night after everybody's gone. It would be a real pain if it didn't start. LOL
Check the decomp cable and there's a wiring mod that improves voltage and stability of the electrical system. Take care of those and you've got a first-rate reliable cruiser.
@@channell11 I may have to pick one up.
I picked up a C50 to flip a couple of years ago and liked that thing so much that I didn't even list it for a year. I was on the Volusia forum and that's when I decided I couldn't risk the C90, but if they have it sorted out, I would love to have one. Thanks
Also clutch lever switch wears out.
the FI light on while riding is a 'warning'...the FI light should not be on if there is nothing wrong with the FI...it is a dummy light. The light being on does not mean it is FI...
-Noted. Curious about the few backfires at shift, as well, if FI, not normal. Possibly tune?
@@Blogengezer nothing to really tune on an EFI bike..spark plugs should be good to 50,000+ miles and if FI is functional, shouldnt need recalibrated or remapped...
If these guys were closer, I would buy the C90...any savings are lost for a fly and ride...
You don't tune a stock bike, but if you start adding modifications that change airflow (like cams, high flow air filter, exhaust) then you have to use a fuel controller to adjust the fuel delivery; as the stock computer won't adjust enough. The backfires mean the bike is running a little too lean.

I just recently purchased a used 2000 intruder 1500 LC, yes it needs some love, but honestly its a great bike. I took it to a city 2 hours from me, and i put up with my driving lol 120km/hr to 130km/hr the whole way! Even with the work that needs to be done! Only issue i have with the bike, is that it could use a higher fuel capacity! Other then that i am completely satisfied with the bike, considering i had a 2020 harley street glide before. I did get a smokin deal tho 2500 cash and 2 previous owners! Anybody reading this ride safe!
I got a friend who see that I was "Having a Mid Life Crisis" having just turned 41. I want a fricken bike! I thought I had an 04 Savage (Starter bike for me) but the salesman came in the next day (yesterday) and told the kid at the counter "I sold that, you can't sell him that bike, took a deposit on it last fall". He then tried to talk me into an older model with more miles, higher price and needed work. Needless to say, I walked out. So back to my friend. He hits me up last night, offered me is 2nd bike, (Has a Harley now), a 2006 C90. I keep watching these videos (Especially this channel!) and damn, this might be a better move for me! I am 6-2 and about 350! Friends all got big cruisers, if I want to go along for ride time, toward my license, I want to be able to hang with them not hold them up!! But I also see the perks of the handling of this model and the previous 1500 Intruders. I know of several who had and still have the 1500 Intruder and love them. C90 I gain fuel injection. Oh. That reminds me, he put a Gman Bully tuner on the bike, said I can easily get over 45MPG if mileage is what I like while gaining performance in hilly areas.
I'm 6'8" and I have two VL1500 -99 and they are awesome. They can be used as full Touring bikes, or stripped down bobbers etc. My first bike was a VL1500/V90 and I learned to ride on it.

That bike is way to quiet for me. I like to have other motorist to know I'm there. The only other gripe would be the 3.7 gallon tank for such a big bike.
M90 was my first bike about 4 years ago. Rode the shit out of it till she blew up on me at 53k miles. Still kinda wish i would of rebuilt her instead of just selling but it is what it is. It depends on how big you are. It's not a beginner bike. Unless you are a very big person. That would make the bike feel smaller and lighter. I wouldn't recommend trying to learn on it. Or pass the licensing part of it.
