Billions of Muslims allover the World throughout the last 1400 years, have accepted the religious teachings of Muhammad An illiterate orphan brought up in the harsh deserts of Arabia transformed a backward society into a great civilisation. 2. Muhammad was the only leader who had realised his vision in his lifetime. He was born as an orphan in Mecca , raised in Mecca; his followers were killed, he was punished, persecuted and driven out of Mecca. But after 23 years, Allah/God allowed him to return to Mecca, as a victor, as a conqueror. But when he came back, he gave amnesty to everyone. Then Muhammad spread his message. He spread Islam throughout the Peninsula of Arabia, so that Islam became established as a state, as a government. He was now the Ruler, but he was still eating and drinking and dressing the same way, as he had been doing before. The messenger (peace be upon him) was just and fair. He didn't favour his family and friends over others, in distribution or in judgement, like the kings, presidents, or judges of today do, or like those who have done it throughout history. This was a man in this world who was always thinking of the hereafter, because Allah said to him the ayat' al aakhiratu khairuwn wa abbka' The hereafter is better for you and everyone else, than what is present. His message was to call humanity to the worshipping of the creator and to destroy all kinds of injustice in the earth, and to establish a character, a paradym of human conduct, for the human beings to follow. And if one reads the Qur'an you will see that message comes through, on every single page. This is what sets Muhammad (peace be upon him) above any other ruler or any other prophet. The prophet Muhammad, never in his life, did he lift his hand to hit any human being; not a servant, not a wife, not a friend, nor an enemy, except when the enemy was opposing Allah and opposing the message. When the companions of Muhammad were to look for him on the battlefield, they said by God, we found him in the middle of the enemies fighting, and we used to seek protection from his person, we used to hide behind the prophet on the battlefield. He was such a warrior and a statesman on the battlefield, commanding and fighting for the way of Allah/God the mighty But once he was off the battlefield, his eyes were downcast, and he was speaking softly, and he was gentle, and he was warm, and he was sacred, and he was soft and caring and crying. 3. The prophet Muhammad would also be doing a course on the days feeding the poor, visiting the sick, discharging the army, acting as a statesman, acting as an arbitor, talking to the people, addressing the women, giving out zakat, sewing his clothes, washing his house, shopping for the food, doing all the things, that you and I do. And at night, standing in prayer 4, 5 hours a time, and in the day, fighting the battles, discharging the armies, giving the rulings, explaining the Qur'an, and instructing the people in behaviour. How could a man do all of that, and stand 4, 5 hours in prayer at night? What kind of a human being can that be? He was a messenger, he was a prophet. This was a man with a message. Muhammad (peace be upon him) was that unlettered prophet, the final prophet; who was sent as a mercy to Mankind. He was the best example to follow. He was sent to all of Humanity and the Jinns. The prophet Muhammad was victorious over all the systems, and he was created on an exalted standard. There is not a person in the whole of history, that could compare with Muhammad, the final prophet of God. Words of Shaikh Khalid Yaseen Muhammad (peace be upon him) did so much sacrifice for the Ummah, for us. So let us make an effort to act upon the Sunnah of Rasoollullah s.a.w and send daruud to him abundantly.

Every Man Must Do This - Men need to activate their sympathetic nervous system to be able to act in dangerous situations. - Lack of activation of the sympathetic nervous system can lead to cowardly behavior in dangerous situations. - Martial arts, especially wrestling, can help activate the sympathetic nervous system and increase resilience. - Wrestling was used historically as a barometer to judge fortitude in character. - Resilience is the ability to deal with adversity and continue. - Sedentary lifestyles have become the norm, but physical engagement is important for both physical and mental health. - Muslim men should strive to excel in both physical and intellectual fields. - Physical engagement is important for overall health and managing stress. - A combination of cardio, strength training, and martial arts can be effective. - Weightlifting can increase testosterone levels, which can impact mood. - Fight or flight responses can be triggered by non-physical stressors, but physical activity is the only natural way to release tension. - Fear and confidence are context-specific, and physical competence can impact overall confidence. - Checking hormone levels and being in tune with them is important for overall health. - Cardio is important for heart and lung health, and can increase lifespan. - Overall, a holistic approach that includes physical, mental, and spiritual health is important for overall well-being. I appreciate the advice to start martial arts but please don’t get wrapped up into misinforming others by assuming kickboxers are better than boxers or vice versa. This discussion is futile and all expert coaches will tell you this unless they’re trying to sell you their sport. No martial arts style is better than another, as each has their pros and cons. You choose the one you like and train really hard at, it depends on you.
@@babahadjimohamed9339 let’s talk street fighting though. You NEVER want to go down on the ground because other people easily stomp you, whereas a boxer can take on two guys with hand to hand combat. Further more if you mistime things as a wrestler you can easily get knocked out or hurt even with a simple swing of the arm from an average joe. Ideally training both striking and grappling is the way to go, but from an individual martial arts perspective, can we say wrestling is better than bjj? Or Muay Thai? Not necessarily. They all have their pros and cons. Also strikers can keep wrestlers at a distance and outbox them ASSUMING the wrestler is one-dimensional and has zero training reacting to or blocking strikes. MMA fighters are all trained in striking, and once you get up close obviously wrestling dominates. Just saying debating which individual martial art is better is pointless because of the different pros and cons the arts carry. I hope you understand what I’m saying, I don’t mean to hate on wrestling or any art. I’ve been boxing for 9 months now and I will hopefully add wrestling to my mix once I graduate this year inshallah.

You got some weak answers here but I dealt with it. I got some on the phone therapy done, I didn't need it for long alhamdhulillah, but the main thing is to learn about yourself and what men need to grow. All men need a brotherhood, Islam promotes it. All men need health and simplistic food diet, Islam promotes it. All men need to get physical. I found sprinting and taking breaks about 7/8times boosts your testosterone levels. This can be done in 20mins or less. Procrastination is part of the battle with nafs. Struggle is real.
Brother, the problem is we men are trying to practice towards being traditional yet we don’t have that same response from women They separate who they want to have sex with from the man that they want to marry You have no clue how much trust is being played with when most of the decisions that are being made are being made against what we men have to offer for them to demand all this money, and all this protection, that they naturally already have. The fact that money is who she can marry and then s3xually desire another man Isn’t appealing at all- especially when it’s some thing that you don’t have naturally yet that is what women measure men off of as well. And being a coward is not up for you to decide what a coward is or not. What did the prophet say a coward was? There was a man who struggled to get married in the prophet had to go himself to get him a wife in order for him to get married. I understand that there are the extremes of men who are facing what they are facing And even they are not being treated respectfully . When 30 percent of criminals are producing more children than non-criminals. That means something. In Nigeria, three out of 10 men who tested paternity found out that their child wasn’t theirs According to many family studies, Egyptian women abuse their husbands the most out of every other country regarding female to male domestic violence Why aren’t things like this being discussed about? What are men afraid of to why they wouldn’t even forgive a woman who was promiscuous in your past life and now chose to be a Muslimah When I tell you that women premeditate these things, knowing that they have the trust on these things - they will take the opportunity to take leverage on you if you even have the wrong height/race that ms trending in the discussions of these many women
My dear brother m hijab Please do consider one very important factor in the realm of martial arts including boxing, that no other combat sports comes close to boxing due to its exhaustive sparring and conditioning paradigm. The next one down the order I would is Muay Thai again due to its very rigid sparring and combatting contests. Any MMA naturally has leverage over boxing due to its full body range as oppose to just boxing skills. However in any cage contest between boxer and mma, it’s proven fact that vast majority of wins have been achieved by boxers! Just my thoughts

This was a man in this world who was always thinking of the hereafter, because Allah said to him the ayat' al aakhiratu khairuwn wa abbka'
The hereafter is better for you and everyone else, than what is present.
He was such a warrior and a statesman on the battlefield, commanding and fighting for the way of Allah/God the mighty
But once he was off the battlefield, his eyes were downcast, and he was
speaking softly, and he was gentle, and he was warm, and he was sacred,
and he was soft and caring and crying.
Words of Shaikh Khalid Yaseen
Muhammad (peace be upon him) did so much sacrifice for the Ummah, for us.
So let us make an effort to act upon the Sunnah of Rasoollullah s.a.w and send daruud to him abundantly.
Mohammed Hijab did you not go to Acton High School? I swear I could remember you being in year 11 as an ambassador, I was in year 8. And this Albanian brother was in your year I think his name was Eton. But yeah bro nice to see you succeed Mashaa’Allah. 🎉👍🏽

A wrestler with a background in ground combat like BJJ crushes them all. Just watch who dominates mma
@@Marvellousdeath115 I agree with you
@@babahadjimohamed9339 Don’t get me wrong, doing boxing for 1.5 years and I’d do anything for a wrestling school around me. I think the best combo is boxing and wrestling. But the game changes, ufc is not the streets, no rabbit punches, eye gouges, nut shots, fish hooks, knees to downed opponents…

Very informative video. Although I have a query if anyone can assist me.
I have been present in Islamic environments for many years, and have also spent some years formally studying Islam. Although in my experience, whether it's in the classroom or the masjid or your average muslim, physical health/strength/ability seems not to be given much importance in comparison to many others who excel in areas of physical excellence.
The query, what is the legal, islamic verdict on neglecting athletic ability. Is it mubah, makrooh haram halal mustahab ect...

Today i know you have good knowledge of neurology.
Unfortunately I live in the west where weapons such as guns are so prevalent. How will learning something such as martial arts, wrestling, kick boxing, etc protect me from someone who has a gun? I’d appreciate a response if you see this brother Hijab. JazakAllah.
Health IS Wealth.
Say, “O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will. You honor whom You will and You humble whom You will. In Your hand is [all] good. Indeed, You are over all things competent.
You cause the night to enter the day, and You cause the day to enter the night; and You bring the living out of the dead, and You bring the dead out of the living. And You give provision to whom You will without account.” (Al Imran 26-27) Most Merciful of this world and the Hereafter, and their Merciful

Allahm have mercy on us and O Allah! Grant me enough of what You make lawful so that I may dispense with what You make unlawful, and enable me by Your Grace to dispense with all but You.”

Kickboxing, swimming & some trackdays with car/bike for example in India, too much traffic so knowing how to ride a BIKE in a good way is a must. If people can afford all this they have to do it.
You need to be there for your people, all this will make you a gladiator, all muslims should do this because y’all responsible for your loved ones & for your ownself.
I’m a black belt in taekwondo
I disagree rarely has a boxer lost against a kickboxer, in a street fight which last around 30 second, punches are usually thrown and not kicks

What about men who struggle with anxiety and depression and want to do some physical activity, but something is holding them back?
🤡
If you really wanted it, you would go for it. I've seen a man who is missing his lower body half and does exercise.
You can't lift weights or strong enough? Do alternative or variation of a certain exercise. Buy resistance bands!
What is holding you back? You might give many excuses but the reality is there is nothing holding you back! Just go and start somewhere my brother, just join the judo class and start training weighed calisthenics at home
Just start now my brother put the first step
You got some weak answers here but I dealt with it. I got some on the phone therapy done, I didn't need it for long alhamdhulillah, but the main thing is to learn about yourself and what men need to grow. All men need a brotherhood, Islam promotes it. All men need health and simplistic food diet, Islam promotes it. All men need to get physical. I found sprinting and taking breaks about 7/8times boosts your testosterone levels. This can be done in 20mins or less. Procrastination is part of the battle with nafs. Struggle is real.

Brother, the problem is we men are trying to practice towards being traditional yet we don’t have that same response from women
They separate who they want to have sex with from the man that they want to marry
You have no clue how much trust is being played with when most of the decisions that are being made are being made against what we men have to offer for them to demand all this money, and all this protection, that they naturally already have.
The fact that money is who she can marry and then s3xually desire another man
Isn’t appealing at all- especially when it’s some thing that you don’t have naturally yet that is what women measure men off of as well.
And being a coward is not up for you to decide what a coward is or not.
What did the prophet say a coward was?
There was a man who struggled to get married in the prophet had to go himself to get him a wife in order for him to get married.
I understand that there are the extremes of men who are facing what they are facing
And even they are not being treated respectfully . When 30 percent of criminals are producing more children than non-criminals. That means something.
In Nigeria, three out of 10 men who tested paternity found out that their child wasn’t theirs
According to many family studies, Egyptian women abuse their husbands the most out of every other country regarding female to male domestic violence
Why aren’t things like this being discussed about?
What are men afraid of to why they wouldn’t even forgive a woman who was promiscuous in your past life and now chose to be a Muslimah
When I tell you that women premeditate these things, knowing that they have the trust on these things - they will take the opportunity to take leverage on you if you even have the wrong height/race that ms trending in the discussions of these many women
Is this in Holland?
I would gladly come on and help with training and diet advice for muslim brothers and sisters
My dear brother m hijab
Please do consider one very important factor in the realm of martial arts including boxing, that no other combat sports comes close to boxing due to its exhaustive sparring and conditioning paradigm.
U can also do stuff that ur wife and children never respect u again violence sadly doesn’t win it’s just laden with regret and consequences
If Human being compare with God.
Because in the image of God created.
Body( son),life (father),spirit (holy spirit).3parts
WATER (GOD)=LIQUID (father),solid (son),gas (holy spirit).

Boxing is better than kickboxing. Kickboxing is only better on paper. To anyone wondering, waste no time reading here and there and just take boxing, you’ll be thankful.
The prophet Muhammad says not to over eat, why is the brother Mohammad Hijab fat? Not such a devout muslim.
Well world champion Andrew tate said the boxer would win...
Sad to see Mohammed Hijab still not responding to JP’s last attack on Islam. Brother Hijab we know you had hopes for his conversion, and maybe you don’t want to muddy the water and burn bridges, but what JP said about Allah is blasphemous and I am disheartened not to see you reply to it and defend Islam given that you react to everyone and everything!

Not trying to be mean but maybe try not to slur your speech like that. It's not easy to understand you.
Sports are cultural. Whatever sport is most popular in certain areas is where people excel. It’s nothing to do with Islam why Dagestan has so many good wrestlers. It’s because it’s the most popular sport.
but why is it most popular sport? why isn't boxing most popular?
what was there first wrestling or Islam?
that is quite interesting tho.
Some sports were cultural amongst the Arabs but the influence of religion eradicate them slowly.
It's the most popular sport because they maintained the ISLAMIC TRADITION handed down from their ancestors that followed the Sunna of wrestling.
Now ask yourself why martial arts is the most popular there.. Go more fundamental. It's because its engrained in every man, the need for competition and fighting. Learn martial arts; it's non-negotiable.
