There needs to be a way to just subscribe to the 32 Thoughts Podcast in RUclips, instead of it being mixed in with the rest of the SportsNet stuff. (I know, I could probably do it on another platform, but I never check those and always end up missing them.)
    Great episode.

Matt Martin of the Islanders also does not wear a visor. He signed after the season started, so perhaps that is why he slipped through the cracks.

The Blues got Ryan O'Reilly and a Stanley Cup for Tage Thompson (+) so it was "much" to us.

Im not sure how Boston doesn't put one of Mcavoy, Pasta, or Marchy up for trade. Their cupboard is BARE.

Elliotte's buddy Hanson Brothers story is too funny (40:00). Is there a video out there when this happened??

I can’t find the stat but I would guess the percent of goals scored by 3rd and 4th lines is way down

3 of the 4 wildcard teams have negative goal differential.

Why would expanded playoffs help anything? There’s already half the league that makes it. And way more likely than not. None of the teams at the bottom of the playoff bracket have a real hole in winning the cup. Just wouldn’t be worth it.

The problem was/is expansion. Most fans/cities will never see their team win the cup in their lifetimes. To me, this is a serious problem. The habs wouldn't have 24 cups if they had always played with 31 other teams. More expansion will destroy the league in my opinion. The NHL is simply too greedy and will always go for the money. The only solution I see going forward is to create a tiered league (similar to soccer), where only 15-20 teams compete for the chance to make the playoffs to win the cup, and the rest of the teams play in a "B" division and make the "B" playoffs, and don't play for the cup. Plus, the quality of hockey is watered down these days. A lot of AHL level teams in the NHL right now. That's my 32 cents. Cheers

Goalies should never win the Hart IMO. Trying to compare the "value" of a goalie to a forward in nearly impossible. The goalie is almost always more important.
I know that is ruined by Hasek and Roy's wins, but making mistakes in the past doesn't mean you should continue to make them .

To. For me the question is how much has the quality of the league diminished. Tired of watching defenders that play the puck instead for the man, tired of watching forwards that can’t hit an open net. Most teams have 1 maybe 2 lines that are worth watching. The rest is poor play

    Two things:
    Governments vs. Developers =
    Games people Play.
    Neither is trustworthy. sad but,
    Both get too greedy.
