Hey Blake
Thank you for the great video. Super informative and the fact that you kept repeating which version you were referring to when citing differences made a world of difference.
Thanks again 😎
Hi Jake, great presentation! The Best! You speak soo well & very easy to listen to & understand every word you say. Thanks soo much for you video, I am a Costco member & got my hearing aids from them before & I have been happy with them for the past 6yrs. Will be going this Sat to check the Jabra Pro out!
@@mariaswan9839 thanks for the kind words!
Very informative and clearly explained. I had been trying to find out why OTC hearing aids are only recommended for mild-moderate hearing loss, and you answered that. Also, really helpful comparison on the service differences. Thanks!
Very helpful. Very practical. Much appreciated. Be Well.
I appreciate the good work you’ve done on the HA’s. It’s been very helpful. Thanks!
Great video! I've had the Jabra Pro 20's from Costco for about a month. I've been to Costco several times and it definitely is a hassle and if they don't solve the problem I have to go back and it's about 1 hour away. I'm at the point where I'm tired of driving back and forth without getting much results, the remote option is not available at least at this one. They also don't connect to the app consistently and the bluetooth is not consistent. I tend to be in really noisy environments louder than a coffee shop. I was out New Years Eve in a restaurant and I could just about hear the woman who was sitting right net to me. I was told by Costco that the sabra would be best for noisy environments but I'm not seeing it. I'M GOING TO RETURN THESE AND WAS WONDERING WHAT HEARING AIDE YOU THINK WORKS BEST IN LOUDER ENVIRONMENTS AND MAYBE I CAN GET THEM FROM YOU. Thanks!
Hi, what happens after the 3 years of professional hearing care expires on the Jabra Enhance Select 500? Is that the end of life for the product/service or can you pay monthly to continue the professional hearing care?
I've had the pro from Costco for a few weeks and I'm very much disappointed with the connectivity to my Galaxy S24. Various phone sounds are unreliable over the bluetooth connection, I don't have hands free calls, and the app is very weak and resets itself every day. Can't Jabra hire some good programmers to write some Android code? I'm thinking about returning the units, but what would I get that's better?
Great explanation! Thanks.
if you purchased the Jabra heating aids online and found later that you needed ear molds, how would that process work? Whereas, at Costco you have a hands-on specialist that would take care of this.
Does the JABRA ENHANCE SELECT 500 have Bluetooth 5.3?
Lead time at Costco has become a problem. They have a shortage of audiologists. From exam to fitting will be over 60 days for me based on their scarcity of resources. I’ve been able to schedule a colonoscopy sooner. 😂
John, I like your in depth review
I have Jabra Enhance Select 200’s and have a moderate low frequency hearing loss in one ear and a mild high frequency hearing loss in the other ear. They just can’t seem to get the low frequency hearing loss ear corrected.
I just bought new Jabras from Costco and I am having two issues: t I cannot hear people! This is supposed to be such wonderful tech yet with all the adjustments I am doing the HA pick up speaker voices, picks up singing in stores and NOT the person I am with. I have tried everything.
Secondly the volume, not the quality but level of volume is very high. In my old Jabras it would have been if I had turned UP my volume to hear better. These new ones are at this level all the time and I cannot turn them down. Suggestions?
That's really interesting and must be very frustrating. Were you eventually able to get this corrected?
Total junk. Avoid the pro 20. Cant pair to app, left aid stops working for no reason. Multiple receivers replaced with a fee months. App is a total failure. Returning this week. Avoid
so sorry to hear this. and for me. I am to pick mine up in 2 weeks. I actually like ti Lucid Enhance OTC for $$799. I just ordered my 2nd pair and I will be more tech savy as they have a frequency adjustment.
