Thanks, great Job! This is really easy to understand and concise at the same time. I also like the comment (and yellow comment box) around 21:00 a lot, as it adds that the files created by ZEN can be opened in a variety of other packages (if needed). I´m looking forward to part II and maybe more upcoming stuff.

This was very informative and useful - thank you! I would personally love to see a tutorial detailing how to use the processing functions within the Zen software - what each function can be used for etc. Many thanks!

Thanks Imc674. I have just shared a z-stack tutorial, and will be moving onto time lapse and then tiling. I will keep in mind the request for processing, and I agree it should certainly be on the short list of tutorials to produce.

Thanks for the informative video. It would be great if you can upload one on acquiring airyscan images

Anyone know a way to determine intracellular calcium using Fluo-4 AM with this software. I used another program and microscopy where I learnt this technique, but my lab have the LSM 700 confocal.

It was awesome! If you have other tutorial videos for Zen blue, I would be grateful if you send me the link.

Anyone know if any basic tutorials for Zen Lite are available anywhere? Thanks.

Interesting. I wonder if it's possible to stack images to compose them later with software (such as Zerene Stacker or similar). We don't have a motorized microscope, so each stack should be taken it manually. Any recommendation?

    Hello Sir,
I wanna know about the process to change the scale unit from pixel to micrometer. I tried to change it from scaling tools, but unfortunately, unable to do it. Please advice.

Thanks for the great video. Could you tell me what the box* on the bottom right is called? I used that in my experiments to adjust the brightness (I think) of my images so colocalization of fluorescent signals would be more obvious. I'm trying to write in my paper that I altered the images in that way, but I don't know really know how to say it.
*The box on the bottom right with lines for each fluorescent signal which you can slide right/left, up/down

want to know if a tutorial for zen Grey has been there or not

    • @theperfectpsf9874

lostinsearching Currently there are two versions of ZEN. ZEN blue runs most camera based systems, and ZEN black runs most laser scanning confocal systems (exception of LSM 800). I have not done a tutorial for ZEN black, and do not intend to do so, sorry. Just enough time to try and get out these for ZEN blue.
