Hi Kevin, great video. I was wondering if you would ever do a stiched z-stack image? I'm imaging a microfluidic chip and use a large step size in the stacks to cover about 60um depth. It would be great to do this on tiled to get a better idea of the surface, before going indepth to more regions of interest
