It's impressive how effortless it looks for that engine to propel the supra at 260 kmh. 4k RPM, no strain at all. Actually it would be interesting to see fuel consumption at 260 km/h on 8th gear.

Anything over 150 km/h (93mph)is a stunt driving charge if you get clocked around here. Car impounded 🥶 (160mph=260km/h)speed limiter makes sense

It's good, but my tuned stock civic motor(09civic SI) reaches the same speed, 230 hp. Hope to see some more updates
the civic would probably be at redline at 260kmh in full stress and high fuel consumption, the bmw at 260kmh chills economycally at this is speed at 4k rpm

Silver Haze Only the stuck up 2JZ fanboys are saying that because they’re butthurt, but the reality is that’s just not true. Nothing unique? For starters the actual design of the car is literally something completely unseen b4 it is visually impossible to mistake it for another car. No one is denying that this Supra is unlike the previous mainly due to its affiliation with bmw but that doesn’t make it a bmw. Toyota still made the car to perform the way they wanted it too so that it is literally a different car despite the German engine. And for the record, here’s something I don’t think you’ve ever realized: whole reason Toyota made the JZ engines was because they took heavy inspiration from BMW’s in-line six engines, that means the 2JZ GTE exists BECAUSE of BMW’s work. You fanboys have got to stop being so disrespectful.
