    In what manner do you reckon a wrestler could benefit from understanding a discipline like judo, or more of stand-up wrestling in the folk-tradition, like sweep- and throw-heavy Chinese Shui Jiao, Mongolian Bokh, and so on.
    Those dudes have interesting approaches to training, that you often can find on RUclips.
