i used to smoke weed and God delivered me from it because i asked him to! i was replacing Gods eternal high for a temporary high... some of you may not agree with her and thst is your right! but from my experience with weed iits not worth my salvation

She starts with a sweet smile and cute colloquialisms... quickly becomes the truth about the smoke and degrades quickly into the darkness and pain the innocent has can fall and does. Listen to the cadence, heed he words, strengthen your mind and your spirit and be mindful of evil spirits that come in disguise. They all will try to comfort you into they are in your house. You give the keys and now they own you.

The Holy Spirit convicts a person every time. The question is "Am I allowing myself to be filled with His Spirit right now and be a His witness". This is always the question and my experience with both weed and alcohol compromise that. I struggle with the two. So no judgement being passed but Truth is Truth, unless you believe in your own relative truth, in which case we would need a longer conversation. #Godbless

It's about intentionality. "Do all things to the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31 I have smoked weed with friends and gotten into great, deep, spiritual conversations. I have smoked weed and had worship sessions, praising God for how much He has done for me. I have smoked weed and read the Bible feeling very engaged with what the Lord was teaching me. I usually pray before I smoke to help make getting high an activity that glorifies God. (Sober-mindedness only takes place if you let it. Weed isn't dangerous.) Point is, you CAN let weed be sinful if you're doing it to escape reality or do sinful things instead of leaning on God for comfort. You can do the same thing with food, video games, and almost anything else. I hope you read this with an open mind. - Devout follower of Christ

But in between time trying to decipher if God is against weed smoking & trying to justify it with saying it helps my creative side, it helps me with my emotions & when I’m not high I suppress them, so I was feeling like it helps me even if temporarily but this poem helped me see and gave me the Revelation if I really give God a chance to help me it will be forever not temporally, weed just seemed easier but I’m gonna learn to give it all to God and let him do what he does.

You should check out this particular verse (Galatians 5:19-21) and one of the listed sins is Sorcery (Greek translation=Pharmacy). Basically you aren't supposed to use things that alter your state of mind. Also, Jackie points out a few of the sins that become more desirable when a person is high so the action of smoking marijuana and getting high should be avoided if someone wants to avoid sinful behavior.

I just want to know about the weed that is used to cure and not to get high on. there is weed out there that doesn't get you high and is only used to cure.
