I always thought that if you found the right person, y'all could grow TOGETHER. That just doesn't always work like that. Quite often, people end up going in different directions because only one of them wants that growth. The other just said they wanted it, but didn't apply it to themselves. You can lead the horse to water.... 🤷♀️
I used to be a cheerleader for those with ‘potential’ until realizing that potential has nothing to do with ambition. For both men and women. Once you learn that people are set in their ways, there is no such thing as potential. I learned this earlier in life with my ex boyfriend before my marriage. He was lazy at the end of the day! 😂😂

Thank you for saying this!!!!! Men at 35+ should be settled and have their own place, car a career, and goals set and achieving them! If a person is in their 40s & 50s, most should be established!!!
Struggling at the moment is different than never established yourself.
Building with and building up are 2 completely different things bro.
Its a way to do it. Just support them while they coming up. Dont do too much in the beginning. But the closer yall get and bond grows and love grows, you support him more...he supports you more. And it grows from there bro.
Sometimes, All we need is support and/or belief. We not talking a lot of these women doing too much and trying to build him up.

Something could have happened along their life journey that caused them to lose their assets. Some people have to start over when this happens and it's not always easy when people are judgemental. Now, if they have had no ambition to improve their circumstances to start off with, only then would I turn a blind eye.
