I add another thing - even after that Jiren still find time to punch fighters and then menancingly standing to talk badass phrases. Even when Goku get UI we still have slowpace moments. Fighters just stops for dramatic effects and keep forgeting about timer.

5:55 - The thing is 17 has a HUGE advantage compared to everyone else, even Jiren, which is that his energy is infinite. He can continue to get up because his energy isn't drained at all no matter how much he throws out. While everyone else has gotten drained during the fighting, 17 is still just as powerful as he was when the tournament started (minus maybe a slight loss of strength due to damage).

Small comment on Ultra Instinct.
My understanding of it is that it's a Technique, not a form. However, it is such a potent Technique that the inherent battle hardened biology of Saiyans has their body transform to better fit the technique.
Though I have no evidence for this other than statements from a manga character that can see vital points in the body that Ultra Instinct "has no weak points", it just makes sense to me. So I roll with it.
I think Jack should watch Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z after he finishes Super.

Watching this weekly was something else. Everyone was contemplating what possibly could have led to Jiren's unimaginable strength.
