- This is a group of children chaperoned by responsible adult volunteers, cycling to school safely and avoiding the chaotic car school rush! Is there one in your neighborhood? Maybe it's time to start it up! Bike Bus and Walking Bus are great solutions for the concerns over street safety and stranger danger. Thank you for showing us this Bike Bus! Sigrid is a wonderful ambassador ❤
Awww. Siggy!! She is such a treasure! She should be awarded a knighthood or a title for bringing cheer and joy to everyone across the globe.
He has a better life than me
Nice to see the concept I helped to develop with the Walthamstow Family Bike Club more than ten years ago still going strong! This was a family ride held monthly on a Sunday and could have at least 30 riders, more than half being kids. We had dedicated volunteer marshals, who were the "bodywork" and the kids were the "engine" of the bus. We had many great rides of up to 20 miles along quiet backstreets and the dedicated bike infrastructure in our manor, and even an epic trip through Epping Forest to High Beech, and never had a serious accident. Happy memories...
Sig is so cute❤❤❤
The kids loved her
I just came here from Twitter: a white cat in a bike front basket hissing at a dog😆😆
If you shout HEYYY again next to Sigrid, she will bite your finger off, boy.😁❤🔝
Back in 2017 when Wirral line train services closed the underground services operating around Liverpool city centre, a normal single decker bus was converted to a bike bus. It was designed to carry both bike and rider and operated hourly. Unfortunately the bus was made back into a normal bus once the Wirral line fully opened again.
I feel something similar would encourage much more cycling to schools, supermarkets, appointments and commuting. Even if there was a half hourly service around large towns and cities something like the Superloop in London. From town to town as well.
Where I'm from, San Francisco, every single bus has a rack on front for a few bikes. It's crazy you can't take a bus with a bike in the UK!
@@TravisandSigrid yes I believe it’s most buses in the US and Canada have these bike racks, as for how well they’re used I don’t know
I love Sigrid 💖😻💕😘
She's a beaut!!❤❤❤❤❤
