My grandpa just told me it took him 30+ years to find this wisdom. I need to train my mind this way. My grandpa has so much loss and hell in his life, but he is the happiest person I know because he doesn't worry about what was anymore. He lives in today.
I had this awakening with the same thought process as this man had spoke of about 3 weeks ago. I was very depressed about losing my mother. It carried with me for years heavily I stopped being me and being present i was very anti social. It ruined my relationship of 6 years with my gf but I now realize the pain I caused not really dealing with my emotions. So I’m improving myself with self love, being present, and not taking time for granted. I appreciate whoever read this it means a lot.
your mom loves you. she will always love you no matter what and i want you to know she's happy and so proud of you all the time. even if you feel like you're failing. you're doing better than you think.

I really hope the that I can fix things with my girlfriend now realizing she's my top priority of happiness and I took her time for granted even tho I was dealing with a loss it wasn't fair to her.

And if we’re thinking about the future, it places energy and focus into where we may be, but that is never going to be truly accurate no matter how much you ponder and neither will it matter how many possibilities come to mind. Don’t get me wrong, it is immensely important to reflect and follow your intuition towards your future. But that is done in the present, not based on the past or possible future
