I'm a little late, but do you know if any of them spoke English? I'm thinking about going to Tokyo in about 2 years or so, and this looks like a great place, but I don't speak Japanese. I'll try to learn basic Japanese either way, but I just want to know if the language would be a problem. Great video by the way!
Most of the staffs at hotels in Tokyo speak English! As long as it is somewhere like this, most likely you will not have a problem with communicating with them.
