Being totally honest I clicked on this video because of your wolf 😁 (I'v'e got a german shepherd x husky so similar dogs are always a distraction) But I watched the full thing because it was a really interesting breakdown of what you use and why, especially for a total woodworking newbie like me. Thanks for taking the time to show us around your shop! Oh, and don't worry about repeating yourself. I'm a videographer and literally everyone I've filmed always worries about things that no one other than them cares about. When I started making videos the thing that helped me not overthink presenting (although I still do it all the time), was to acknowledge everyone who is watching has their own worries and day to day stuff to deal with, so they probably won't even notice the stuff you worry about! Hope that helps, I look forward to watching a few more of your videos 👍
Don't let anyone give you a hard time for things like mounting router table backwards. I built one in to my table saw years ago and modified my fence mounts to be able to flip it to the other side for the extra same reason when I got into cabinets. I loved having the extra support, it worked get. As a fellow builder/maker you have to do what works for you. Great shop!!! God bless!!!
I like your delivery... subbed. I'm an IT consultant that affords me to fund my woodworking and guitar playimg passions. Im purely a hobbyist, so spend most of my time outfitting/tweaking my shop and building stuff for around the house. Yeah probably have a lot of tools i dont need, but pretty sure if woodworking was paying my bills I'd be mirroring your approach and only going with whats needed and absolutely necessary. Nice job... enjoyed your tour and candor.
I have to say if I was just doing it for fun and had a big budget, my shop would be very, very different. I appreciate taking the time to comment and the sub.
