I live in Houston, TX and have this door. It's wonderful. I've had it since 2005. I just need to learn how to make the adjustments to raise the bottom of the door a little because I've had new hardwood flooring installed and the bottom drags a little. Otherwise, I'm happy with it. I live in Massachusetts where it's cold half of the year and I spent over $4000 for the inswing patio doors and they haven't worked easily even from one year ! We've had three different installers come to the house to try to reset it and we still are having the same problem. Ice builds up in the winter, (ON THE INSID|DE OF THE DOOR!) the winds blows in and then the snow builds up on the floor (INSIDE!) We have to lift up on the door to get it to latch, even in the summer. I've replaced the hinges, adjusted the s=hi=t out of the hinges (See another Anderson video how to do it) and nothing has worked I think this guy is (like Sticky Notes says) a just a salesman!
