If I show you that it's more then what? You'll do a video and say it's still not enough lol. But I might lay it on the glass for "Ms. Harrison" Thanks for the comment
Don't pay this guy Cam any mind. He is bitter and upset because he got ripped off buying an old truck and upset that we over here winning at super ego. This guy is a notorious hater and troll that only speaks negative at super ego because he's too dumb to figure out how to make money at leasing
@Cam The Trucker you do your criticisms on your page. I control my show over here. I don't know what you got Against the company or what you've did to them, that's your business. Keep it your business and on your street.
Thank God someone out here explained how to make money. Knowing your cost to operate any business is absolutely crucial. And that is where people fail. It astounding how many people came to ego not realizing their becoming an owner operator. As an owner operator, it's your responsibility to fund the business with what revenue you make with the products or services you provide. No money down sounds great until the 450 thousand mile truck takes a shit. But that's the decision you made as the owner of your trucking company. Don't bitch when your paying out to fix your tools that make your revenue. Odds. Most people don't play craps because they don't understand the game. But those people who know how craps is played also know it's the only game in the cassino. You can change the odds in your favor. When you buy the no money down truck, you have lessened the odds in your favor. The money you're going to lose not working will be far more than the extra money spent on the new truck with warranty. Get a grip on things and move forward. But stop complaining.
Wow very good info I’m coming in may and I’ve seen a lot of videos on ego but so many negative comments that it was hard to weed out the bad stuff to the good stuff but I haven’t seen no one break it down like you did thanks
Working for less than $3 DPM as a owner operator is a shame but working for less than $2 that’s disrespectful for the whole industry. You guys are the cause why brokers don’t respect us anymore.
@@HoodChefTV1 When you depends on others that’s when you get screw up . Sick of all the complaints. Peoples can’t make it at Ego cause they simply not running. Then want to complain about logs and shit when things go left but Ego really sets you up for success if your willing to run and stop going home every week. You might have to run 15+hours a day, but hey…
Has any 1 ever thought in todays market there 18% increase on our every day needs as in grocery and supplies per item? Now since u recocognized that why is shipping rates at its all time low??
Great freaking question. I'm a casual stock guy and supply and demand is imperative to learn when entering the market. That being said, I feel supply and demand is also driving our rates down.
@Trucking with HoodChef no we live in a society that there to many dam puzzies here in america and I am surprised america hasn't ran out of tampons As not 1 race stands up and demands us all to unite that way we all call the shots these crooked politicians aswell as these crooked brokers!! From off the load boards to companies that cherry pick of that already marked down rate!
I got a question that nobody ever asks. Say I'm currently forced to do the zero down, used truck option. Can I save enough for a down payment then walk from that truck lease, and ask Ego for a brand new truck? I heard 3 to 5k down gets a new, off the lot truck.
This question is kinda all over. You're forced? If you have the down payment then you're not forced. If you're saving for a down payment to walk away, then I'm even more confused. Yes they ask for a down-payment on the "new" trucks, however I've seen multiple people get same year trucks with no DP. I do not under any circumstances agree with giving a DP to a company that you don't give you the freedom to take truck elsewhere. I hope this answered your question as it is all I'm willing to say publicly
@Trucking with HoodChef I'm forced because I don't have the down payment. I was asking if I could get a zero down used truck, save money for a down payment, turn first truck in and get a new truck with 3 to 5k down. I plan on staying for a while, likely till truck payout.
Great freaking question. These are the types of questions that should be asked. When he declines. In short, no he doesn't like it. I did sit once but it was because I kept declining until he finally called the following morning with a load that fit my necessities. I may do a story time video about this topic.
@Trucking with HoodChef I'm a trucker/hustler bro. I don't feed into every bad review. Most people go lease and don't like running 600miles a day even if they can run 75mph. I've done 4100 in a week on paper back in 2016. I need to know the culture of the company. Dispatchers will leave you in the cold out of spite. I can't deal with that bc I plan to complete my lease and gain an asset. I appreciate the love too. 💪🏾
@Chris Moore I wish I had a way of showing you how many miles and my check amount I did last week 😆. I won't show that on a video because the trolls still would have something to say. Also, I don't want to accidentally advertise that the average driver that don't know what he's doing will ever be able to hit my numbers. Aye, be safe out there Broski from one hustler to another 🤞✊🏾
@Trucking with HoodChef we all need wake up calls bro I wouldn't spare nobody lol in this market it's gonna take more to get more. But we gone keep the rubber on the ground. Safe travels bro. I'll be looking out for your next video
@@HoodChefTV1 my best estimate is your operating cost is $1.66 minimum. And that's giving you $0.55. I'm trying to understand the numbers that's why I'm asking
And by the way the money they keep from your gross is no different than the money you would have put out to banks insurance companies and everyone else when you go with your own authority the only thing your not paying for is your dot Mc number.
So bottom line! If you dont get good paying loads your not going to make no money. So ur hoping ur DM give you good paying loads. (Main thing is out of driver control) which is the load pay rate.... if your Dm give you or offer you low paying loads pay can suck. ... 3500 miles is crazy. I think thats too many miles but ok.
Yes it's alot of miles, I won't disagree with you there. But I don't want people to come to the company and think if you do 2000 miles a week that you'll have a paycheck. I want to give realistic content even if it's harsh truck. Thanks for your comment 🫡
You're right, it comes down mostly to the type of loads you're getting. The rates will make or break you that's why it's super important to find a carrier with a strong consistent customer base that has deep connections where you don't have to worry about starving due to lack of freight. Unfortunately Super Ego is literally the opposite of that. They have no customers or dedicated business which is just insane when your fleet is that large. They have to be running very inefficiently and unorganized with no regular freight to count on. They have no connections so they're booking loads off the board just like a 5 truck carrier does Exceot they have 3000 trucks. It's wild they decided to do everything shady instead of right
So did you make 2k if so put the check stub on the glass ?
