ATR 72-500 - N°RRA's 72- seat pleasure

The ATR 72 is becoming even more popular as a commuter plane, especially since it can fit 72 seats into it's cabin. She is not fast and not comfortable, but she does the job and she is real fun to fly on. The sound and the feeling of flight is always intenser on turboprop airliners. Comparing the 72-500 to the classic 4- bladed 72-200, the step forward in technology is obvious. As an enthusiast one should choose the -200 series over the -500, since it is "more" turboprop. Anyways, for the normal passenger, the N°ORRA planes are a good choice, with very friendly crews! Currently the airline performs flights for Finnair, like the one from St. Petersburg to Helsinki.
