    Thank you for this helpful presentation. What is the most common treatment for cellular exudative bronchiolitis caused by aspiration in an adult and would one most often than not be able to avoid a bronchoscopy before proceeding with a treatment plan?
    Radiological findings are the following:
    Tree in bud and signet ring opacities.
    Centrilobular nodules:
    Left lung has 3 calcified granulomas measuring up to 5mm.
    Right lung has 6 non calcified nodules measuring up to 3mm. Also, left infrahilar calcified granuloma measuring 7mm.
