Tutorial for changing engine oil and filter for Peugeot 1.6 turbo 308,3008,408,508,5008
How to reset service light indicator
1.Turn the ignition OFF.
2.Depress and hold the odometer (mileage reset) button.
3.Switch ON the ignition, do not start the car.
4.Keep the odometer button pressed down for 10 seconds.
5.After 10 seconds the display will read "= O″.
6.Release the odometer button.
7.Switch OFF the ignition and then ON to check if it was reset.
Did exactly that,as shown and O ring still leaked,had to really lubricate it,with new O ring to rectify problem
Peugeot take all the intake hoses off so they have full access to the filter housing allowing it to be cleaned before new filter is inserted ?
does the 2017+ 3008 have an undertray with a million bolts in the way of the sump?

Are the 1.2 and 1.6 chain or belt cam?
1.2 is belt,1.6 is chain

@@GeordiLaForgery not even close. The 1.6 has hpfp, water pump, coil issues are common. If youre expecting to maintain it like a honda, no way

Workshop manual and description accompanying the car recommend 5W30.
and the Peugeot garage advise 0w30.
and you say 5w40

No done use 0w30 ,the oil too thin better to use 5w-30 or 5w-40 also can

That was intake pipe box for air flow to intake manifold
What about the air filter and spark plugs or heater coils?? That's not a service!! This is just an oil change.. this what a garage would class as a "SERVICE" ?
This one is minor service bro.. For major service will change engine oil, oil filter, air filter, AFT oil, pollen filter, petrol filter and spark plug..
